Solar wind parameters, as measured by the DSCOVR spacecraft, were indicative of weak negative polarity CH HSS influence and then later possible glancing, transient-like influence. Total field was slightly elevated between 7 and 11 nT most of the period. The Bz component of the IMF spent a majority of the period southward, reaching sustained deflections of -11 nT. Solar wind speeds were primarily 400 through ~500 km/s. Phi was in a negative orientation through about 13/0730 UTC, but became increasing variable through the end of the period. There is a 30% chance of solar activity, with a 10% chance of a minor event, a 5% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.
