Solar wind parameters, as measured by the DSCOVR spacecraft, reflected enhancements in the IMF. Total field ranged from 2-13 nT while the Bz component varied between +10/-8 nT early in the period. After about 12/0700 UTC, Bz remained mostly north to 6 nT or less. Solar wind speeds exhibited a slow, consistent increase from ~400 km/s to ~475-500 km/s by the periods end. Phi angle was predominantly oriented in the negative sector. There is a 20% chance of solar activity, with a 5% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.
