Solar activity was at low levels. Region 3421 (N11W64, Eai/beta) produced the majority of the C-class activity including a C8.4/Sn at 09/0120 UTC. Minor development in its intermediate spots was mixed with decay in its trailer spot. Region 3423 (N12W03, Ekc/beta) continued its intermediate spot growth. Newly numbered Region 3427 (S28E32, Bxo/beta) was relatively quiet. A new region of flux was noted rotating on to the E limb around N10. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently normal.

Solar wind parameters were nominal. Solar wind speeds were mostly between 350-400 km/s. Total magnetic field strength ranged from 5-7 nT while the Bz component reached as far south as -6 nT. Phi angle transitioned from predominantly negative to variable after ~09/1030 UTC.

There is a 25% chance of solar activity, with a 5% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Moon Is In Cancer

Alright, star gazers! Buckle up, because our celestial cheese ball, the Moon, is currently nestled in the warm, cozy blanket of Cancer. At a whopping 403,602.539043182km away - or roughly the distance you'd get if you, say, stacked about 1 billion football fields in a straight line from your house to the sky. Fun fact, that's also approximately the distance I feel from understanding why people enjoy reality TV. Now, in the next 24 hours, our lunar landmass is going to do its cosmic ballet and pirouette right on into Leo. Yes, you heard it right! It's trading in the fuzzy slippers and hot cocoa of Cancer for the roaring, grand stage drama of Leo. Cancer, the cosmic crab, can be a bit of a homebody, cuddling up with emotions and, well, being a bit of a softie. So, if you've spent your day in a onesie, binge-watching that show you've seen a million times while eating ice cream straight from the tub, don't fret! It's just the lunar vibes messing with your commitment to that fitness resolution. But fear not, fellow star-seekers! As the moon sashays into Leo, expect a shift from emotional Netflix marathons to feeling like you're ready to conquer the world...or at least, ready to change out of that onesie. Leo, the majestic lion, doesn't do half-hearted; it's all passion, pride, and pizazz. You might feel a sudden urge to create, to lead, or to simply strut down your hallway like it’s a fashion runway. So, prepare for a transition from 'sweatpants chic' to 'glittery glamazon'. Or, you know, at least maybe comb your hair. Remember, we're all just stardust navigating this cosmic rollercoaster. Stay weird, stay wonderful, and keep looking up!

Mercury

Mercury is in Virgo

Mercury is retrograde at 10 Vir 15' 12", moving backwards at 0.75 degrees per day, and is 100142522km away and receding.

Mercury Is In Virgo

"Phone Home" with Mercury in Virgo

Spock, do you copy? We've got Mercury in Virgo, and things are about to get as precise as a Vulcan nerve pinch! Now, I know what you're thinking: "Is Mercury in retrograde again? What's all this mumbo jumbo about kilometers?" Well, let me break it down for you, astronomy style. Mercury, our little speedy postal service of the solar system, has decided to vacation in Virgo, the astrological equivalent of that friend who color-codes their bookshelf and has a spreadsheet for everything. Yes, folks, we're talking about some serious productivity vibes here. Now, imagine you’re E.T., on a shiny red bike, pedaling through the sky with a basket full of ideas. You're not interested in any fluff, no sir. You want to cut through the clutter like Luke Skywalker with his lightsaber. And with Mercury in Virgo, your cosmic navigation system is sharper than ever, ready to deliver those ideas with the precision of a NASA Mars landing. But wait, there's more! This isn't just about being an intergalactic FedEx. This is a prime time for hyper-organization. Think of it as tidying up your mental garage or defragmenting your brain's hard drive. The catch? Beware of turning into a nitpicking Sheldon Cooper. Yes, details matter, but so does tact. Unless you're a Dalek, in which case, just keep on saying, "Exterminate!" So folks, while Mercury is in Virgo, let's use this to our advantage. Let's stop circling around like a confused UFO and move forward, efficiently and effectively, like a well-oiled Starship Enterprise. Just remember, it's okay to be a perfectionist, but don't let it turn you into a cosmic party pooper. And remember, in the wise words of E.T., "Be good!" Because Mercury may be far away, but karma is always watching.

Venus

Venus is in Leo

Venus is prograde at 12 Leo 55' 59", moving at 0.23 degrees per day, and is 57365139km away and receding.

Venus Is In Leo

When Venus Struts Into Leo, Star Wars Style...

"I find your lack of flamboyance disturbing," Venus might quip as it saunters into the celestial realm of Leo, the astrological symbol of theatricality and grandeur. Expect a surge of creativity, a desire to show off, and a compulsion to profess your affection in an over-the-top, space opera-worthy way. Think less "I love you" and more "I know."

With Venus in Leo, a simple nod of approval isn’t enough. Oh no, my interstellar friends, we want to be worshipped. It's time to take a leap of faith across that chasm or make that daring lightsaber move. Those who choose to stay in the safety of their Jedi robes may find themselves eating dust on Tatooine.

But here's the asteroid-sized caveat: Venus in Leo can also invoke the drama of Anakin Skywalker's transformation into Darth Vader (minus the cool helmet and intimidating voice, of course). If we feel our affectionate gestures aren't being reciprocated with the appropriate fanfare, we might be tempted to use our Force Choke on our unsuspecting partners. We might even instigate a lovers' quarrel just to steal back the limelight. But remember, a Jedi seeks not these things. You must unlearn what you have learnt about self-centeredness, for it leads to the dark side.

Money, during this phase, becomes as significant as Republic credits on Tatooine. Spend it to make yourself and your loved ones feel like royalty strutting down the halls of Theed Palace. Leo, the lavish lion, loves bling, so don't hesitate to splurge on that gold-plated droid or extravagant Ewok feast. However, remember that true satisfaction comes from generosity. Spending your Galactic Credits on thoughtful gifts for others will fill you with more joy than treating yourself to a new lightsaber.

Venus in Leo is truly a vibrant and colourful time, capable of recharging your relationships faster than a hyperdrive. It reminds us, much like our beloved Star Wars saga, that a life devoid of fun and thrill is as dull as the deserts of Jakku.

Mars

Mars is in Libra

Mars is prograde at 08 Lib 50' 55", moving at 0.65 degrees per day, and is 375449733km away and receding.

Mars Is In Libra

Well, space cadets, it seems Mars has slipped into Libra's DMs, and let me tell you, the galactic gossip is just out of this world! Now, don't go panicking, thinking your love life is about to turn into a sci-fi horror show, because Mars in Libra is mostly about peace, love, and that tricky little thing called balance. Let's break it down, shall we? Mars, our celestial headbanger, usually likes to charge forward with all the subtlety of a Dalek at a teaparty. But while he's hanging out in Libra – the zodiac’s diplomat and everyone's favorite peacemaker – he’s less "exterminate, exterminate" and more "let's work this out over a cup of cosmic camomile." During this celestial shift, you might find yourself turning into a bit of an astrological Agony Aunt, dealing with other people's problems more often than usual. And that's okay! Just remember, it's not about pretending everything's five by five when it's clearly hitting the fan. It's about addressing issues with the grace of a ballet-dancing Cyberman. Be honest, be fair, and above all, be kind - even when it's tempting to go full Time Lord and lay down the law. But, be warned, my star-crossed friends, Mars in Libra might also make you as indecisive as a Weeping Angel in a mirror maze. I mean, Mars wants to blast off, make things happen, but Libra... well, Libra wants to think it over, maybe draw up some pros and cons lists, perhaps hold a committee meeting or two. If you find yourself dithering, remember this: as long as you're acting with love, intention, and fairness, you're on the right track. In conclusion, if you're feeling the Mars in Libra vibes, embrace it! Use this time to harmonize your personal universe, stand up for what's right and remember - don't blink. Blink and you'll miss it. Mars in Libra is fleeting, but its lessons can last a lifetime. Over and out!

Jupiter In Taurus: Bull Meets the Big Guy

Alright stargazers, brace yourselves for a cosmic cocktail that's more potent than a shot of neutron star vodka. Jupiter, the planet equivalent of a wise old wizard, has just parked itself in Taurus, the zodiac's most stubborn couch potato. It’s like having Gandalf living with Shrek – an unlikely duo, but hey, stranger things have happened in the cosmos!

When these two celestial bodies get together, it's less about finding the meaning of life in some dusty old tome and more about realizing that the meaning of life is actually that leftover pizza you're about to reheat. Spirituality isn't some far-off, esoteric concept; it's in the everyday, the mundane, the pepperoni and cheese of daily existence.

This planetary pair is also like the universe's way of giving you a cosmic kick up the backside to start working towards those long-forgotten dreams. Got a dream to build a spaceship out of recycled soda cans? Now’s the time to set your phasers to 'do'. Jupiter’s hunger for expansion and Taurus' legendary stubbornness are like your own personal life coaches, screaming from the sidelines: "You can do it!"

Now here's the juicy part: when Jupiter, the zodiac's Mr. Monopoly Man, sidles up to Taurus, the cosmic cash cow, your bank account might just start looking a bit healthier. So maybe check your lottery numbers, or finally sell that vintage Star Trek lunch box on eBay. Just remember, one person's trash is another's treasure!

However, there's a catch. Taurus is also known for indulging a little too much in life's pleasures. When Jupiter, the planet of 'go big or go home', enters the equation, let's just say it could lead to some over-the-top moments. So, while it might be tempting to order that gold-plated pizza with diamond-studded olives, maybe stick to the usual pepperoni for now. Remember, the universe giveth, and the universe taketh away, especially when it comes to your waistline.

So there you have it, folks. Jupiter in Taurus: a time of wisdom, wealth, and potential waistline expansion. Strap in, it's going to be a wild cosmic ride!

Saturn

Saturn is in Pisces

Saturn is retrograde at 02 Pis 47' 56", moving backwards at 0.07 degrees per day, and is 1315174353km away and receding.

Saturn Is In Pisces

Galactic Bulletin: Saturn in Pisces

Well folks, that old cosmic taskmaster Saturn has decided to take a bit of a vacation in the dreamy waters of Pisces. Yes, you heard right. Our very own Ringo Starr of the solar system has decided to go swimming with the fish. But don't get too excited yet; this isn't one of those all-inclusive resort-type vacations. Nope. With Saturn, it's more like a boot camp for your dreams, and trust me, he's a strict drill sergeant.

Pisces, known for their love of daydreaming and amazing ability to procrastinate, will find this time a bit of a reality check. Think of Saturn as a well-meaning but overbearing parent who just discovered your secret stash of doodles and fantasy novels. Suddenly, you're having to explain why you've been sketching unicorns instead of studying for your physics exam. Frustrating? Sure. Necessary? Absolutely.

But fear not, my starry-eyed friends! This is not a time of punishment but an opportunity to turn those daydreams into reality. Saturn in Pisces is all about making a game plan for your dreams. It's time to trade in your unicorn sketchbook for a notepad and start turning those dreams into achievable goals. Remember, even Bilbo Baggins had to leave the Shire eventually.

Now, I understand that Pisces and structure go together like Star Wars and Star Trek fans at a Comic-Con, but bear with me. Yes, there might be some sleepless nights, anxiety, and restless energy - you might even start questioning if those unicorns were just a figment of your imagination. But fear not, nerdy dreamers! This is the perfect time to engage in some mindful meditation, deep breathing, or even a bit of forest bathing. And who knows, maybe those unicorns will turn into a brilliant idea for a new fantasy novel - I'm talking J.K. Rowling level here!

So, get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive deep into the Piscean waters with Saturn. Just remember to keep your snorkel at hand; it's going to be a wild ride!

Uranus

Uranus is in Taurus

Uranus is retrograde at 23 Tau 00' 50", moving backwards at 0.01 degrees per day, and is 2871593032km away and approaching.

Uranus Is In Taurus

Ahoy there, cosmic voyagers! Grab your telescopes and set your coordinates for Taurus, because our friend Uranus has just checked into the Bull's celestial Airbnb for a seven year staycation. Now, I know what you're thinking: "But I'm a Taurus, we don't like change." Well, buckle up buttercup, because Uranus is the universal equivalent of that one friend who loves pushing all your comfort buttons. Think of this transit as the cosmic version of a home renovation show. Uranus, with its blue-green glow and tilted axis (someone had a little too much cosmic juice) is the zany host ready to remodel your life. It's here to rip out that old, worn-out linoleum floor of habits and lay down some shiny, new hardwood of innovation. Money, dear Taurus, is your thing. You've got more financial savvy in your little hoof than most of us have in our entire body. But Uranus is all about revolution, and it's eyeing your piggy bank like a bull in a china shop. We could see some new forms of currency (Alien coins? Quantum credits?), banks might take a cosmic tumble or transform into something completely outlandish (Drive-thru banks on Mars, anyone?), and the housing and stock markets may get a shake-up that would make even the Harlem Globetrotters dizzy. On a personal level, Uranus in Taurus is going to encourage us to break free from the chains of materialism. Debt, taxes, credit card interest, rent, mortgages - these are not exactly the kind of chains that scream 'freedom'. Uranus wants us to reevaluate our relationship with moolah. And let's face it, who among us hasn't wished we could swipe left on our bank statements? This transit might feel like trying to ride a bicycle backward while juggling flaming swords and singing the national anthem. But remember, Uranus is here to liberate us. Resisting these changes is like trying to argue with a black hole - futile and likely to end in spaghettification. So take a deep breath, lean into this cosmic change, and let's ride this Uranian bull rodeo together! The changes we make during this time can bring us to a point of greater stability, and might just be the best thing since sliced bread... or the discovery of dark matter. Either way, it's going to be one heck of a ride.

Neptune

Neptune is in Pisces

Neptune is retrograde at 26 Pis 31' 30", moving backwards at 0.03 degrees per day, and is 4325205273km away and approaching.

Neptune Is In Pisces

Ahoy there, space cowboys and cowgirls, it's time to talk about that elusive, blue-ish gas giant Neptune, currently taking a leisurely backstroke through the cosmic waters of Pisces. Now, I ain't no math whiz, but according to my calculations, our friendly neighborhood ice giant is a whopping 4325215123.461069107km away. That's farther than my ex when she found out about my spaceship mortgage! Now, what does this mean for y'all? Well, let me put on my shiny guru hat and explain. You know how in Firefly we didn't much care if you were a Browncoat or a Purplebelly, as long as you could hold your own in a scrap and had a knack for evading the Alliance? That's the kind of vision Neptune in Pisces is bringing to the table, only without the space pirates... probably. Instead of squabbling over who forgot to replace the milk (looking at you, Jayne), Neptune in Pisces is asking us to embrace our inner hippie scientists and see past the petty differences. It's like suddenly getting your spectacles cleaned after a dust storm on Persephone - everything's clearer, sharper, and all that bickering over the last protein bar seems kind of silly. Neptune in Pisces is also reminding us that we're not just a random collection of starstuff floating around in the 'verse. We've all got something to contribute to this cosmic jig, whether that's a crazy invention, an inspiring piece of art, or a knack for brewing the best engine-room hooch this side of the galaxy. So go ahead, tap into that emotional acuity of yours. Explore those spiritual paths that have been tickling your curiosity. Maybe even build a little shrine to the 'verse in the corner of your bunk. Just remember to share the wisdom you find with the rest of us. After all, in the immortal words of Shepherd Book, "we're all just floating along, seeing where the wind takes us." And right now, it's taking us straight into the heart of Neptune in Pisces. Until next time, keep flying, and remember - the 'verse might be vast and unknowable, but at least we're navigating it together.

Pluto

Pluto is in Capricorn

Pluto is retrograde at 28 Cap 06' 31", moving backwards at 0.01 degrees per day, and is 5113414852km away and receding.

Pluto Is In Capricorn

Greetings, cosmic travelers! I trust you've tuned your telescopes and aligned your galactic GPS because we're taking a trip 5.1 billion kilometers away to cozy, little Pluto. That's right! Our favorite ex-planet is currently hanging out in the pragmatic sign of Capricorn, doing its retrograde rumba dance. Now, I know what you're thinking: "Isn't Pluto just a tiny, icy rock chilling in the outer reaches of the solar system?" Oh, folks, Pluto may be small, but it's got power that would make a black hole blush! And it's doing its cosmic spring cleaning - in reverse! Pluto has this uncanny knack for helping us toss out the old, dusty patterns that are as useful as a chocolate teapot. But here comes the clincher - it's paired with Capricorn, the stern taskmaster of the zodiac. Imagine a cosmic Marie Kondo, demanding not only that you tidy up, but also build a new skyscraper— all while pedaling backward on a unicycle. During this transit, we may develop a laser-like focus that could outshine the Hubble telescope. We'll be oriented towards success and power faster than a photon can say, "Hey, isn't that the speed of light?" But hold onto your lab goggles, because we might find our compassion for others' viewpoints getting about as much attention as Pluto at a planet convention. Both Pluto and Capricorn demand results, which could turn us into intolerant idea bulldozers. Remember, fellow stargazers, diversity of thought is as essential as dark matter in our universe. So embrace the constructive destruction that this transit brings. Be as deliberate in what you destroy as what you create. You wouldn't want to accidentally annihilate your collection of Star Trek memorabilia while aiming for that pile of old tax returns, would you? Keep your cosmic compasses pointed towards empathy and understanding during this transit, my friends. Let's embrace the Pluto-in-Capricorn energy – because really, who could resist that icy, underdog charm? To infinity and beyond!

Venus

Venus Square Jupiter

You will probably overindulge yourself today, with regrets later. This is true both with eating and spending. A distinct laziness may overcome you and you will want to be pampered. Self-discipline is needed in order to avoid trouble now or later. Others may think you are too spoiled. Don't procrastinate. These people are big-hearted and warm, with open hearts and a tendency to want to give a lot to the people they love. They can have some problems with following through on their promises, however–not because of any ill intent, but because they sometimes overestimate their personal capabilities, and want to do more, and give more, than is actually possible. At distinct times in their lives, they have a tendency to live beyond their means. They need to be cautious about the tendency to feel overly-optimistic or overly protected. Borrowing from their future and overdoing their indulgence in pleasures is a marked tendency. While people with the conjunction, sextile, or trine between Venus and Jupiter express their bigheartedness, tolerance, generosity, and magnanimity in a generally constant and natural manner, these same expressions for those people with the square, opposition, and quincunx between these planets tend to be problematic at times. Their need for growth, good humor, and fun in their relationships is marked, as is their disdain for insincerity. However, they may attract just those kinds of people simply because they are looking so hard for these traits that they assign them onto undeserving people!Moderation is the most important, and perhaps challenging, lesson in these people’s lives.Interpretation sample from the Your Spiritual Path report — Your sense of form and harmony extend into the important relationships of your life. You seek a strong philosophical connection to match the physical passion. Faithfulness is a key factor if your relationship is to support your spiritual growth, and trust has to work both ways in the partnership. Some Famous People with the Venus in Hard Aspect to Jupiter: Squares – Jason Alexander, Pearl Buck, Julia Child, Joe Cocker, Sean Connery, Alice Cooper, Billy Corgan, e.e. Cummings, John Denver, Michael J. Fox, Andy Gibb, Linda Goodman, Jim Jones, Jessica Lange, David Lynch, Dolly Parton, Tom Paxton, Robert Redford, Lynn Redgrave, Oral Roberts, Maria Shriver, Britney Spears, Tina Turner, Jon Voight, Betty White; Oppositions – Drew Carey, Billy Ray Cyprus, Victor Hugo, Quincy Jones, Tom Selleck, Cat Stevens.

Notes about Transits

Mars is all about action, and where Mars is in our chart with transits is a place where we are prepared to stand our ground. Mars transits can be really productive, but they can also be angsty, aggressive, and sometimes come from a place of anger. It's important to pay attention to how you direct that energy. Mars transits can last for up to a couple weeks.
Jupiter transits enhance your life with optimism and forward-thinking, and lasting for about a month, give you plenty of time to take advantage. Bigger and better is Jupiter's way of thinking, and should be yours as well.
Saturn transits, on the other hand, are where we get a major reality check, and if we’re not ready for them, they can be pretty rotten. Of course, if we’re prepared and up to the task, Saturn transits can also bring very well-deserved rewards, too. Saturn transits last a bit longer than Jupiter transits—usually 2 months or so at a time, but with retrograde cycles, you could be looking at the same lessons three times over a 6 month period.
The outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto last for such a long time that they make long-lasting impacts on our lives. In fact, Neptune and Pluto can last for two to three years! Consider their effects, plan accordingly, and make them part of your life for the better.
