Solar activity was moderate. Region 3413 (N10W76, Dkc/beta) produced the strongest event of the period, a long-duration M1.2 (R1-Minor) flare at 01/0351 UTC. Associated with the event were Type IV and Type II (est. 743 km/s) radio sweeps as well as a Tenflare (190 sfu). A CME was observed in subsequent SOHO/LASCO C2 imagery beginning around 01/0428 UTC. Analysis and modeling of the event suggested a glancing blow is likely on 05 Sep. No other Earth-directed CMEs were identified in available coronagraph imagery.

The solar kp index is active, reinforcing retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.

Solar wind parameters continued to contain enhancements in the IMF and wind speeds. Total magnetic field strength ranged from 7-11 nT and the Bz component reached as far south as -9 nT. Solar wind speeds increased from ~420 km/s at 01/1800 UTC to ~545 km/s. Phi angle was primarily oriented in the positive sector.

There is a 25% chance of solar activity, with a 10% chance of a minor event, a 5% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Moon Is In Aries

Alright, stargazers and cosmic junkies, strap on your moon boots because we're going for a celestial spin! The moon, that big ol' hunk of cheese in the sky, has just sauntered into Aries, and let me tell you, it's not there for the view. Now, as you know, Aries is the zodiac's headstrong daredevil, the Rambo of the cosmos, if you will. So when the moon, our emotional barometer, takes a trip in Aries town, expect things to get a little... shall we say, spicy? And before you ask, no, the moon isn't literally 363,221.993786119km closer. This isn't a romantic rendezvous between the moon and Aries, they're not swapping mixtapes or sharing a milkshake with two straws. Just imagine the moon took a cosmic Uber and decided to hitch a ride in Aries' fiery chariot. So, what does this mean for you? Well, buckle up buttercup, because emotions are about to go from zero to sixty in a nanosecond. You might feel like you've got a rocket in your back pocket, ready to take on challenges you'd usually avoid like the plague or a Star Wars prequel. But remember, while Aries is the cosmos' adrenaline junkie, it's also a bit like a toddler on a sugar rush. Enthusiasm? Plenty. Direction? Not so much. So while you're feeling like Rocky Balboa, try not to pick fights with every Apollo that crosses your path. In conclusion, the moon in Aries is basically the astrological equivalent of mixing Red Bull with your morning coffee. You're going to be buzzing with more energy than a lightning bolt in a power plant, but remember - channel that energy, don't let it explode like a badly controlled science experiment. And hey, in times of doubt, just ask yourself: What would Neil deGrasse Tyson do?

Mercury

Mercury is in Virgo

Mercury is retrograde at 17 Vir 34' 27", moving backwards at 0.86 degrees per day, and is 94170817km away and approaching.

Mercury Is In Virgo

Mercury in Virgo: The Straight-Talking Nerd Fest

Greetings, interstellar travelers! Buckle up, because Mercury, our cosmic chatterbox, has taken a detour into the realm of meticulous Virgo. This is like Sheldon Cooper getting unleashed in a comic book store -- things are about to get detailed and oh-so-precise.

Mercury in Virgo is like your high school chemistry teacher who wore socks with sandals but could recite the periodic table backwards. It's all about stripping down information to its bare bones and then neatly organizing it into color-coded folders. No fluff, no fuss, just the facts, ma'am.

Prepare for an upswing in productivity that could rival a caffeinated squirrel on a treadmill! You'll find yourself cutting through dead-end ideas like a hot knife through a butter sculpture at a state fair. Conversations will be sharper than a Spock comeback, and you'll be zeroing in on details faster than a Trekkie spots a continuity error.

But beware, my fellow space cadets! While Mercury is doing the jitterbug in the sign of the Virgin, we might become so hyper-critical, we’d find fault with a unicorn for being too sparkly. Remember, even nerds need friends. So, it's time to practice your social skills, temper your critiques with kindness and maybe, just maybe, let a few things slide. And remember, not everyone appreciates the beauty of a perfectly executed Star Wars pun.

So, tighten your bow ties, straighten your pocket protectors and let's ride this wave of cerebral energy. Who knows? You may end up inventing the next flux capacitor...or at least organizing your sock drawer.

Venus

Venus is retrograde at 12 Leo 16' 03", moving backwards at 0.07 degrees per day, and is 50894923km away and receding.

Venus Is In Leo

Venus In Leo: The Cosmic Roar

Greetings, celestial voyagers! Prepare yourselves for a bit of drama on the cosmic stage because Venus, our beloved planet of love, has strutted into the fiery realm of Leo. Much like my friend Narn's fur puffs up when he's excited (yes, they're aliens and yes, they have fur, don't judge), our feelings are about to get a bit more... voluminous. Now, let me tell you something about Leo – it's not just a big cat, it's THE big cat. Imagine a cosmic lion, roaring with passion, creativity and an uncanny desire for attention. That's Leo for you. So when Venus, the goddess of love and beauty, sashays into Leo's celestial den, things are bound to get a little wild. We're not talking about writing a love letter, we're talking about skywriting it across the cosmos. And remember, dear star travellers, when Venus is in Leo, 'like' or 'appreciate' won't cut it. No, no, we want nothing short of adoration! But heed this warning, fellow stargazers: With great passion comes great drama. Leo may be all about fun and games, but there's a hint of soap opera in its cosmic makeup. So if you're feeling neglected, you might just find yourself starting a heated debate about whose turn it was to take out the space trash. On the bright side, money becomes less of a necessary evil and more of a tool for joy. So go ahead, splurge a little. Buy that telescope you've been eyeing, or maybe that limited edition Spock bobblehead. But remember, Leo's heart is as generous as its roar is loud. Spread the wealth, surprise a loved one with a gift, or better yet, an experience. Sharing is caring, after all. So buckle up, my astro-aficionados. Venus in Leo is here to set your world ablaze with passion, creativity and a dash of drama. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a date with my telescope. There's a celestial show to watch, and I wouldn't miss it for all the quasars in the universe.

Mars

Mars is in Libra

Mars is prograde at 03 Lib 40' 04", moving at 0.64 degrees per day, and is 372615668km away and receding.

Mars Is In Libra

Mars in Libra, It Is

Ha! Mars, the red-faced warrior of the cosmos, finds itself in Libra's living room. A peculiar pair, they are. Like a Venus flytrap inviting a bee for tea. I sense a disturbance in the Force... or maybe that's just my tofu burrito acting up again.

Mars, you see, it's like the universe's version of a hyperactive chihuahua on espresso – always ready for action and spoiling for a fight. But Libra, ah, Libra is the epitome of peace, balance, and harmony, playing the universe’s lute while sipping chamomile tea. A cosmic mismatch, this seems. But fear not, my star-gazing friends, for there's more to this astral dance than meets the eye.

As Mars jitterbugs its way through Libra, you may find yourself becoming more aware of your relationships. You'll be asking questions like, "Does my cat really love me or is he just using me for food?" or "Why does my Roomba seem to have it in for my favorite slippers?". Good questions, these are!

During this celestial soiree, you might be less inclined to engage in lightsaber duels and more likely to extend an olive branch. But beware, young Padawans, the dark side has cookies... and by that, I mean the tendency to ignore bigger problems. Remember, denial isn't just a river in Egypt!

But don't start panicking faster than a Wookiee loses at Dejarik. Mars in Libra gifts us with a diplomatic silver tongue. This is the time to address those hard-to-talk-about subjects with grace, love, and a dash of cosmic charm. Just make sure you don't fall into the black hole of procrastination, as Mars and Libra tend to play tug-of-war with decision making.

So, in the words of our beloved green sage, "Do or do not, there is no try." Let the Force guide your actions under Mars in Libra. And if all else fails, remember: the stars are far, far away... but your local pizza delivery isn’t. May the slice be with you!

Jupiter Is In Taurus

Jupiter In Taurus: The Cosmic Cash Cow

Alright, space cadets, gather 'round. Jupiter has sauntered into the realm of Taurus, and it's brought its cosmic bag full of wisdom, luck, and a not-so-subtle nudge towards self-indulgence. That's right, folks. Your bank account might just start looking like my vintage comic book collection - hefty and full of surprises.

Now, Jupiter is that nerdy friend who always encourages us to think deep, while Taurus is like that stubborn mule that won't budge an inch. Put them together, and you've got yourself a spiritual boot camp where the only distraction is your own procrastination. Jupiter in Taurus is like having Dumbledore and Gandalf guiding you on a quest to find your inner Yoda. It's all about finding the wisdom that's been chilling inside you, probably binging on cosmic Netflix and munching on interstellar popcorn.

But don't get too comfy in your existential onesie just yet. This celestial combo is also nudging you to make some tangible progress towards your dreams. You know that crazy goal you've been mooning over? Well, it's time to put on your science-spectacles, draft up a practical action plan, and start ticking off the tasks. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour. And in this case, those bricks are metaphorical and probably made of quantum foam or something equally nerdy.

Oh, and did I mention money? Jupiter is like a cosmic Santa Claus, and Taurus is the astrological embodiment of Scrooge McDuck's vault. Together, they're a prime recipe for prosperity. But beware, with Taurus being the hedonist that it is, you might be tempted to buy that life-size replica of the Starship Enterprise. So, don't forget to exercise a bit of restraint amidst the cosmic cash flow, or you'll find yourself replacing financial growth with a different kind of growth (I'm talking waistline here).

So, buckle up, star gazers. With Jupiter in Taurus, it's time to dig deep, work hard, and maybe splurge on that limited-edition lightsaber. Just remember to keep it balanced, and you'll be riding this cosmic wave like a pro.

Saturn

Saturn Is In Pisces

Saturn in Pisces: A Cosmic Sitcom

Good day, celestial voyagers! It appears that Saturn, our favorite cosmic taskmaster, has decided to take a vacation in the tranquil waters of Pisces. Imagine Saturn, all dressed up in a Hawaiian shirt, flip-flops, and a floppy hat, trying to go fishing in the endless ocean of Piscean dreams. But wait, it's not just a holiday! This is Saturn we're talking about. The one who checks if you've done your homework even when he's sunbathing.

So, what does this mean for us mere mortals? Picture your wildest, most whimsical dreams being put through a rigorous spell-checker, an Excel spreadsheet, and a PowerPoint presentation. Yes, that's right! Saturn's knocking on the door of your subconscious asking, "Are these dreams up to code? Where's the business plan? What about contingencies?" It's like having your high school principal crash your sleepover with a pop quiz. But don't worry, it's not as scary as it sounds, and might be exactly the kick in the pants your dreams need to become reality.

However, there's a word of caution. When Saturn's stern voice echoes in the dreamy hallways of Pisces, it might make you a tad jittery. You could find yourself tossing and turning at night, or dreaming of juggling flaming torches while riding a unicycle on a tightrope... over a shark tank! My advice? Use this time to invite some tranquility back into your life. Meditate, take long walks, or if you're feeling particularly adventurous, attempt the ancient art of napping. Just remember to keep a dream journal by your side. Who knows, the next billion-dollar idea might be a snooze away!

Remember, when life gives you Saturn in Pisces, make yourself a celestial lemonade. Embrace the discipline, face the challenges, and let the cosmos guide you to the realization of your dreams. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to help Saturn apply sunscreen. He's getting a bit toasty under the Piscean sun.

Uranus

Uranus is in Taurus

Uranus is retrograde at 23 Tau 04' 05", moving backwards at 0 degrees per day, and is 2890579818km away and approaching.

Uranus Is In Taurus

Ah, Uranus in Taurus! What a cosmic kerfuffle! You see, Uranus, the intergalactic wild child, is crashing at Taurus' place for a while. Now, imagine Taurus as your favorite grandparent - reliable, comforting, and a tad resistant to change. They still use a rotary phone, bless their heart. Then, Uranus, the punk teenager with neon hair and a love for chaos, moves into the basement. Suddenly, Taurus' traditionally stable and predictable world is facing an invasion of unpredictability. If Taurus were a computer system, Uranus is the bug that's causing all the system errors. But don't fret, these glitches often lead to necessary software updates. Financially speaking, this is akin to your trusty old piggy bank being replaced by a cryptocurrency account. It might feel like free-falling through a vortex of uncertainty, but remember, even free falls are just controlled descents. Over this seven-year stint, you may find yourself embracing Bitcoin, questioning the concept of money itself, or even inventing a new form of currency. Who knows, 'Gallifreyan Galleons' could be the next big thing! On a personal note, Uranus in Taurus is a cosmic wake-up call to reevaluate our relationship with material possessions. Are you drowning in credit card dues because of those impulse buys? Do you feel trapped by your own stuff? Well, Uranus is here to stage an intervention. You might feel like a Tribble caught in a Klingon battle cruiser, but remember, change can be good. Resistance is as futile as trying to stop a Starship at warp speed. Embrace the chaos, let Uranus guide you to unexpected treasures. Remember, a black hole may seem terrifying, but it can also lead you to new galaxies. So buckle up, folks! With Uranus in Taurus, we are in for a roller coaster ride. But hey, who doesn't love a good thrill, right? Just remember to keep your arms and legs inside the vehicle at all times!

Neptune

Neptune is in Pisces

Neptune is retrograde at 26 Pis 44' 17", moving backwards at 0.03 degrees per day, and is 4329578827km away and approaching.

Neptune Is In Pisces

Well, well, well, if it isn't Neptune, our favourite blue-ish, gaseous giant hiding out in the depths of Pisces. In the immortal words of Spock, "Fascinating." Now, Neptune is currently about as retrograde as one of those 70s disco balls. It's twirling backwards faster than my old cassette tape rewinding. Now, let me tell you a thing or two about this cosmic tango happening right now. Neptune in Pisces is like getting a free pair of 3D glasses at the cosmic cinema. It's all about seeing things in a new light, one that shines brighter than my neon lava lamp on a Friday night. It's as if the Universe has handed us a giant magnifying glass that allows us to see the teeny-tiny differences between us and say, "What the Helvetica?" It’s time to put those petty squabbles aside and view them for what they really are, smaller than an atom in a universe that's bigger than my comic book collection. This celestial event is like an interstellar job fair, asking us to dust off our unique skills and talents, and bring them to the cosmic table. Maybe you bake a mean banana bread, or can solve a Rubik’s cube in under a minute, whatever it is, it's time to shine. Neptune in Pisces is also your golden ticket to explore the spiritual aisle in the library of life. Been wondering about Feng Shui? Go for it. Want to try yoga or meditation? Namaste, my friend. It’s time to turn your living room into a sanctuary that would make even Yoda feel at home. And remember, whatever you learn, don't keep it to yourself! Share it with the world, like posting a cat meme that cheers up someone’s day. Neptune's got your back, like a trusty sidekick or a loyal Wookiee. So, let's take advantage of this cosmic event and create a ripple effect of unity and understanding. Beam me up, Neptune!

Pluto

Pluto is in Capricorn

Pluto is retrograde at 28 Cap 13' 45", moving backwards at 0.02 degrees per day, and is 5097999190km away and receding.

Pluto Is In Capricorn

Alright, astro enthusiasts and celestial nerds, buckle up your cosmic seatbelts because we've got Pluto, our favorite underdog planet (or dwarf-planet, depending on which astronomer you ask) doing the cha-cha in Capricorn's dance floor. Now, I know what you're thinking, "Pluto and Capricorn? That sounds like a power duo straight out of a space opera!" And you wouldn't be wrong. Pluto and Capricorn are both high achievers, sharing a LinkedIn profile that screams 'goal-oriented'. They're the type to have a five-year-plan and a contingency plan for their contingency plan. But remember, with great power comes great... intolerance. During this transit, we might find ourselves turning a deaf ear to differing viewpoints quicker than you can say 'Andromeda Galaxy'. So, be mindful not to become an idea snob. Now, our little friend Pluto is all about transformation. Like a cosmic Marie Kondo, it wants us to declutter our lives from negative patterns that no longer spark joy. Destruction is part of the process, but let’s not go all Darth Vader on our problems, yeah? This isn't about wreaking havoc; it's about making room for something better. So, pick up your lightsaber, and carefully prune away the negativity. Remember, the universe is a big place full of wonder, mystery, and approximately 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 planets... give or take a few. So, it's okay to feel a little overwhelmed. Just keep your telescope pointed towards the stars, and your feet firmly planted on Earth. Or, in the words of the great Carl Sagan, "We are all made of star stuff." So let's shine on, shall we?

Notes about Transits

Mars is all about action, and where Mars is in our chart with transits is a place where we are prepared to stand our ground. Mars transits can be really productive, but they can also be angsty, aggressive, and sometimes come from a place of anger. It's important to pay attention to how you direct that energy. Mars transits can last for up to a couple weeks.
Jupiter transits enhance your life with optimism and forward-thinking, and lasting for about a month, give you plenty of time to take advantage. Bigger and better is Jupiter's way of thinking, and should be yours as well.
Saturn transits, on the other hand, are where we get a major reality check, and if we’re not ready for them, they can be pretty rotten. Of course, if we’re prepared and up to the task, Saturn transits can also bring very well-deserved rewards, too. Saturn transits last a bit longer than Jupiter transits—usually 2 months or so at a time, but with retrograde cycles, you could be looking at the same lessons three times over a 6 month period.
The outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto last for such a long time that they make long-lasting impacts on our lives. In fact, Neptune and Pluto can last for two to three years! Consider their effects, plan accordingly, and make them part of your life for the better.
