The Sun

Solar activity reached moderate levels with six sunspot groups present on the visible solar disk. Region 3415 (S09E35, Dko/beta-delta) produced C-class flares and a M1.4/1n (R1-Minor) flare at 25/0109 UTC. The flare was associated with a narrow, faint and slow moving CME with a southeast trajectory - an Earth directed component is not anticipated. Despite the regions clear delta configuration, magnetic shear and complexity was otherwise minor. Region 3413 (N11E16, Dki/beta) is in a north-south alignment, but with a simple magnetic configuration. The region was the source of a few C-class flares. Region 3405 (N10W75, Cao/beta) produced optical subflares and C-class activity, with some surge events. New NOAA/SWPC Region 3416 (S19E71, Hsx/alpha) was designated to a simple unipolar spot. The remaining regions were stable. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.

Solar wind parameters were indicative of a return to a slow regime. Total IMF strength was mostly 2-5 nT, while the Bz component underwent mainly weak deviations. Solar wind speed began the period at 450-500 km/s, but decreased to 350-400 km/s. The phi angle was mostly positive, but underwent negative sector deviations, especially between 25/0000-0700 UTC.

There is a 15% chance of solar activity, with a 1% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Moon Is In Sagittarius

Ah, my dear celestial explorers, brace yourselves, for the moon is currently on a cosmic road trip through the fiery archer of Sagittarius. It's like our lunar friend decided to pull a 'Thelma and Louise', only less dramatic cliff edges and more interstellar wonders. At a comfy 373,032.841613845 kilometers away (give or take a few millimeters, I'm not wearing my space spectacles), our moony mate is not just sending us waves but literally pulling at our tides. And you thought your long-distance relationship was hard! Sagittarius, bless its starry heart, is all about adventure and philosophical musings. It's like that one friend who's always planning a weekend hiking trip while contemplating the meaning of existence. So, while the moon is hanging out in this constellation, expect a surge in your wanderlust and a sudden curiosity about why we don't have jetpacks yet. Keep in mind, folks, the Moon isn't going to stay in Sagittarius forever. No, no, it has an appointment with Capricorn in the next 24 hours. You know Capricorn, all business and no play. Things might get a bit more serious then, so make sure to make the most of this adventurous energy while you can! So, put on your metaphysical hiking boots, channel your inner Neil Armstrong, and embrace the Sagittarian energy. Heck, maybe even wear something purple today. Why? Because science, my friends. And because it's funny. And hey, if the moon can travel 2,288 miles per hour without a seat belt, you too can survive this Thursday. Stay stellar!

Mercury

Mercury is in Virgo

Mercury is retrograde at 21 Vir 34' 04", moving backwards at 0.24 degrees per day, and is 101156483km away and approaching.

Mercury Is In Virgo

Alright folks, grab your lab goggles and strap in, because our favorite cosmic trickster, Mercury, has just pulled into the Virgo station. Now, I know what you're thinking: "Mercury in retrograde again?! Do I need to wrap my head in tinfoil to avoid the cosmic brain scramble?" And while that's a tempting visual, let me assure you, there's no need for drastic haberdashery. You see, when Mercury takes a vacation in Virgo, it becomes like that friend of yours who suddenly got super into cross-fit and won't shut up about it. It's hyper-focused, efficient, and has no time for chit-chat. It's all about cutting through the cosmic clutter and getting straight to the point. Kind of like a celestial Marie Kondo, but instead of tossing out mismatched socks, it's trimming down unnecessary convos and pointless ideas. This might sound like a bit of a buzzkill to some of you, but trust me, there's a silver lining here. Imagine being able to sort through the mental flotsam and jetsam like a pro, focusing on what truly matters. You'll be like a human laser beam, zapping through tasks and ticking off to-do lists like nobody's business. But remember, folks, with great power comes great responsibility, and in this case, a tendency to become hyper-critical. So while you're out there, ruling your world with razor-sharp precision, remember not to slice and dice your friends with those sharp words. Let's try to keep the peace, shall we? So, while Mercury may be some 101234770.142594680km away (give or take a few kilometers), its influence is far-reaching. Embrace this transit, and you could find yourself making some serious stellar strides. Just remember, no one likes a smarty pants, so try to dial down the 'know-it-all' vibes. After all, the universe doesn't come with an instruction manual...or does it?

Venus

Venus is in Leo

Venus is retrograde at 13 Leo 44' 51", moving backwards at 0.35 degrees per day, and is 46550836km away and receding.

Venus Is In Leo

Aloha, stargazers! Listen up, for Venus has sauntered into Leo, and oh, the drama! She's now a whopping 46,526,753.904795617 kilometers away (not that I'm counting) and she's gone retrograde, folks! That's right, our glamorous galactic diva is doing an interstellar moonwalk! Now, when Venus decides to vacation in Leo, it's like a cosmic Broadway show. The universe, my dear friends, is about to get lit... literally! You see, Leo is a fire sign, and when Venus pops in for a visit, it's like pouring rocket fuel on a bonfire. Expect declarations of love louder than SpaceX launches, dates more playful than puppies on a sugar rush, and yes, a few tantrums thrown in for good measure. Because what's life without a little drama? And let me tell you, when Venus is waltzing with the Lion, being 'liked' just won't cut the mustard. Oh no, we want to be adored, worshipped, put on a pedestal and showered with rose petals (preferrably bio-degradable, we're still hippies at heart). It's time for grand gestures, wild risks, and big, BIG feelings. If you're playing it safe, you might just find yourself sidelined faster than a flat-earther at a NASA convention. But remember, my fellow cosmic voyagers, Leo might be all about the fun and games, but it's also a sign that's chock-full of drama. If we start feeling like we're not getting the attention we deserve, we might just roar louder than a T-rex on karaoke night. It's all fun and games until someone starts a passionate argument just to feel like the center of attention again. Remember, there's no 'I' in 'we', but there are two in 'Martini', so maybe drink a toast to togetherness! And when Venus is in Leo, money becomes mere stardust. It's all about making yourself and those you love feel like a million bucks, or at least a couple of rare meteorites. Leo loves a bit of glitz and glamour, so don't be surprised if you find yourself splurging on things that sparkle more than Sirius on a clear night. Just remember, the Lion is generous, and spoiling others will make you happier than a nerd in a comic book store. So buckle up, space cadets, because

Mars

Mars Is In Virgo

Ahoy there, celestial voyagers! Grab your space helmets because it's time to talk about Mars, our planetary next-door neighbor. And no, I'm not talking about the chocolate bar, though I do love a good piece of nougat. Our red friend Mars is currently playing footsie with Virgo, the quintessential perfectionist of the zodiac. Now, this isn't some sort of interstellar romantic liaison, mind you. It's more like Mars attending a rigorous fitness boot camp run by Virgo. In the cosmic gym, Mars is the energetic personal trainer shouting "Just one more rep!", while Virgo is the meticulous nutritionist, measuring out your protein intake down to the last gram. In other words, Mars makes you "do" and Virgo ensures you "do it efficiently". This might be just the cosmic kick in the pants you need to finally tackle that self-improvement plan gathering dust in your drawer. Perhaps you'll find yourself inexplicably drawn to leafy green vegetables or start doing squats while waiting for your coffee to brew. That's Mars in Virgo, making health and wellness feel as exciting as a new season of Star Trek. However, this planetary workout session isn't all about spiritual kale smoothies and fun with dumbbells. It's also about handling the critical darts that come with Virgo territory. Let's face it, Virgo doesn't exactly do "chill" or "relaxed," especially when Mars is pumping up the volume. You might find yourself becoming the Simon Cowell of your own life, scrutinizing every detail with an overly critical eye. Remember, though, nobody's perfect - not even those NASA rovers trundling around Mars. So, give yourself and others a break. Channel that Martian energy into something productive, like balancing your budget or planning for the future. Mars in Virgo isn't just about turning your life into an episode of Extreme Makeover: Self-Improvement Edition. It's about taking care of business, whether that's learning a new trade, job hunting, or starting that project you've been dreaming of. So, strap on your astrological running shoes and prepare to power-walk your way to self-improvement. After all, there's no better cosmic personal trainer than Mars in Virgo. Just remember to take it easy on the protein shakes.

Jupiter In Taurus: Cosmic Cash & Stellar Self-Control

Well, strap on your celestial seat belts, folks! Our big, gassy buddy Jupiter is parking its cosmic caravan in the chillaxing pastures of Taurus. And what happens when a planet known for its "go big or go home" attitude meets the zodiac's most stubborn, pleasure-loving sign? A little bit of cosmic comedy and a whole lot of opportunities.

Think of this as a celestial sitcom. Jupiter, the wise-cracking yet well-meaning friend, crashes on Taurus' luxurious leather couch, promising to stick around only until it finds its own place. Cue the laugh track.

But seriously, when Jupiter and Taurus link up, it's like finding Gandalf and Bilbo Baggins at your local farmer's market. Sure, it might seem a little weird at first, but it's really just another reminder that magic and wisdom can be found in the most unexpected places. Because, let's face it, we're all a bit of a Hobbit sometimes, right?

Jupiter in Taurus is that friend who convinces you to invest in that quirky start-up, and next thing you know, you're Scrooge McDuck-diving into pools of gold coins. It's a cosmic green light to reassess your financial situation, dust off those long-forgotten dreams, and make 'em happen. Just remember, patience and persistence are the name of the game here.

Now, here's the catch. Taurus is notorious for its love of indulgence (I mean, who can resist a good truffle?). When Jupiter rolls into town, you might feel the need to treat yourself more than usual. So, while Jupiter is busy inspiring you to aim for the stars, don't forget to keep your feet firmly planted on the ground. Or else you might wake up one day surrounded by an alarming number of artisanal cheese wrappers and wonder where it all went wrong.

Embrace the energy of Jupiter in Taurus: slow and steady growth, delightful decadence, and a reminder that wisdom and wealth can be found just as easily in the everyday as in the extraordinary.

So get out there and make Gandalf proud, my celestial adventurers!

Saturn

Saturn is in Pisces

Saturn is retrograde at 03 Pis 55' 02", moving backwards at 0.08 degrees per day, and is 1310961567km away and approaching.

Saturn Is In Pisces

Ah, Saturn in Pisces! If were to liken this cosmic event to a sci-fi episode, it's like the time when Spock and Yoda had a mind-meld in a parallel universe. Intriguing, isn't it? Now, Saturn, our beloved taskmaster, is 1310963515.658065081km (give or take a few miles) away and currently doing a cheeky moonwalk across the cosmos, also known as going retrograde. Let me tell you, when Saturn does the moonwalk, it's not just showing off its dance moves. Oh no, it's a call for introspection, a cosmic nudge to look inward and have a serious chat with your daydreams. Yes, you heard it right. It's time to dust off those dreams of writing that novel about alien unicorns or starting your own business selling handmade lightsabers. The cosmic energies are all set to give you a masterclass in dream-realization. So, bring out your notebooks, folks! But beware, Saturn in Pisces isn't a walk in the park, unless we're talking about Jurassic Park. You see, Saturn is the kind of planet that doesn't knock before entering. It'll barge into your dreamland, questioning your deepest fantasies. It's like having Sheldon Cooper from the Big Bang Theory critique your Star Wars fan-fiction. A tad annoying, yes, but also quite insightful. As Saturn pirouettes in Pisces, the realm of dreams and sleep, don't be surprised if you find yourself more restless than a cat in zero gravity. It's the perfect time to embrace your inner hippie: meditate, commune with nature, breathe deeply, and nap like a sloth (but remember to keep that dream journal handy!). So buckle up, space rangers! As we navigate this transit, remember the words of Doctor Who: "We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?" Saturn in Pisces is here to ensure we do just that. And always remember - in space, no one can hear you snore.

Uranus in Taurus: Cosmic Shift Showdown

Alright, buckle up my star-loving earthlings because it's about to get wacky. Our wild child planet, Uranus, has decided to park its cosmic behind in the placid pastures of Taurus. This is like Sheldon Cooper moving in with The Dude from The Big Lebowski. Chaos in the land of chillax!

See, Taurus is a bit like your grandma who still uses a rotary phone. It likes things nice and steady, predictable, no surprises. But here comes Uranus, the interstellar equivalent of a teenager with a new driver's license and an unlimited gas card, ready to take granny for a joyride.

Now, Taurus is the Wall Street of the zodiac, it knows money, it loves money, and it sure as heck doesn't like people messing with its money. But guess what Uranus packed in its cosmic suitcase? A whole bunch of revolutionary ideas about finance! We're talking cryptocurrency, digital wallets, and possibly trading space rocks for goods and services! Who knows, your next mortgage could be on Mars!

On a more personal level, think of Uranus in Taurus as that eccentric friend who convinces you to sell all your stuff and live in a van. It's all about breaking free from materialism and the "chains" of debt, taxes, rent, credit cards. You might find yourself eyeing your toaster and wondering if you really need it, or if it's just holding you back from your dream of becoming a nomadic ukulele player.

Resistance, my friends, is futile. Uranus is here to shake, rattle, and roll us out of our comfort zones. But remember, every roller coaster ride ends eventually, and chances are you'll step off this one into a better place. So embrace the chaos, laugh at the absurdity, and keep your eyes on the stars.

Neptune's Vacation in Pisces

Alright folks, gather 'round because Neptune's pulled up its galactic RV and set up camp in Pisces. Now, with the distance from us to Neptune being a whooping 4,335,647,874.588314056km, you'd think we'd need a spaceship to get an invite to this cosmic cookout. But nope! With Neptune in Pisces, we've got front row tickets without having to leave our couch. Isn't astronomy neat?

Neptune in Pisces is like your favorite sci-fi show’s plot twist: it clears that foggy windshield of our life, turning our high-beam focus onto those petty squabbles that we now realize are as pointless as a lead balloon. Suddenly, unity shines brighter than the North Star, and we're all looking at each other thinking, "Why were we bickering over pizza toppings when we could be sharing this cosmic margherita?"

With Neptune’s vacation in Pisces, it's time for us to stop and ask ourselves, "What can I bring to the galactic potluck?" Maybe you've got a knack for making people laugh, or you've got ideas that are so out-of-this-world they might as well have come from Neptune itself. Well, now's the time to share them! Let's make this cosmic gathering one for the history books.

Feeling a spiritual itch? This is the best time to scratch it! Maybe take up yoga, or create a sacred corner in your house where you can connect with the universe (or binge-watch Firefly, your call). The energy of Neptune in Pisces is like your favorite character's catchphrase: it's here to remind us that we're not alone in this vast universe and that it's got our back.

So let's enjoy Neptune's stay in Pisces and remember, in the grand scheme of things, we're all just stardust trying to figure out our place in the cosmos. So why not do it together, with a side of laughter and a sprinkle of nerdiness?

Pluto

Pluto

Pluto is in Capricorn

Pluto is retrograde at 28 Cap 21' 07", moving backwards at 0.02 degrees per day, and is 5086228405km away and receding.

Pluto Is In Capricorn

Well, well, well, my cosmic comrades! It looks like our old buddy Pluto has taken a road trip to the serious side of the galaxy and set up camp in Capricorn. Yes, you heard it right! The celestial dwarf is dancing through the stars with the sea-goat. So, what does this mean for all you stargazers out there? Buckle up, because we're about to drop some stellar wisdom! First off, let's remember that both Pluto and Capricorn are power players in the astrological arena. They're like the Bill Gates and Steve Jobs of the cosmos - always striving for success, always focused on their goals. But there's a hitch in their giddy up: they can be a tad... shall we say, single-minded? Now, don't panic if you find your tolerance for differing opinions shrinking faster than a black hole during this cosmic coupling. It's just part of the package. But do remember, my star-struck friends, that life isn't a solo mission; it’s more like an interstellar team-building exercise! And speaking of teams, let's talk about Pluto’s favored sport: the old destroy-and-rebuild routine. This far-off frozen rock wants us to ditch the bad habits that have been dragging us down like space junk in Earth's orbit. But remember, cosmic demolition isn't about blasting everything to smithereens willy-nilly. It's about strategically jettisoning the ballast that's holding you back. So, in the spirit of Pluto's retrograde dance through Capricorn, let's all take a moment to consider what we need to let go. Maybe it's that habit of late-night Moonpie munching, or perhaps it's time to stop pretending that your Star Trek uniform is acceptable attire for casual Fridays at the office. Whatever it is, now’s the time to reboot your personal galaxy. So, grab your telescopes, hitch your wagon to a star, and remember: In space, no one can hear you scream...but they can definitely see your Star Trek uniform. Beam me up, Scotty!

The Sun

The Sun

Sun Opposite Saturn

You may become involved in conflicts between your need for self-expression and your duties to others. The key is to find a balance. You may tend to be selfish today and many problems can be alleviated by thinking of others first. A feeling of loneliness may come upon you today, but it's probably just that, a feeling. It's not the true state of things. Do your duty, meet your obligations, then you have every right to start thinking of yourself. Those people born under a challenging aspect between the Sun and Saturn face a fair number of challenges in their lives, especially in the first half of life, in which their attempts to express their will are thwarted. There can be a persistent feeling that they don’t get what they want more often than other people around them. They can feel unlucky. Attempts to control their environment, and sometimes others, may be frequent. These people fear their own feelings of inadequacy! They want to be considered accomplished and important people, and when they face obstacles, they don’t always want to believe that they are their own worst enemy. They long to be considered important in the eyes of the world, yet they harbor fear of success at the same time. They take failures and minor setbacks to heart, and some practically beat themselves up over them. Self-awareness to the point of real self-consciousness is characteristic of Sun-Saturn challenging aspects. The truth is, nobody holds a microscope over them, except for themselves. A little setback or a faux pas needn’t be analyzed to death. Fingers needn’t be pointed. No, they didn’t make a spectacle of themselves when they made a mistake. They need to stop worrying about always being right, or appearing suave and accomplished. When they ease the pressure they put on themselves, they find that they don’t face as many brick walls. It is very much about what they feel they deserve. Deep down inside, if they let themselves truly believe that they deserve happiness and peace of mind, they will find it.When Saturn is closely connected to a personal planet, there is usually an effect of censoring going on with whatever is ruled by the planet it joins by aspect. For example, with the Moon, which rules emotions, the natives feel the need to censor their emotions and feelings, scanning them for what is thought to be frivolous. With Saturn and the Sun, there is much self-censoring going on. “I shouldn’t..” is a common censoring mechanism with these people. They feel they shouldn’t want too much. When they express egotism of any form, some part of them feels guilty. As the Sun rules our conscious mind, it does enough censoring on its own. It is the “adult” within us. Saturn, on the other hand, is more like the “parent” within us. We need parents to guide us when we are children, and to some degree as adults, but for the most part, we don’t need to be censored indefinitely–something that seems to be the case with Saturn-Sun hard aspects, except that the censoring and parenting is coming from within.Ideally, these people eventually learn that the standards they set for themselves are too high, and that may be the reason they seem to hit brick walls. They recognize that many of the restrictions they face in life are often self-created, born of a defeatist attitude. They should be aware of the tendency to choose the hardest paths to travel and/or to deny themselves some of life’s pleasures. Working on recognizing and managing these tendencies will help them to avoid the pitfalls of this combination. These people have a sarcastic sense of humor, a keen intelligence, and the ability to apply caution and strategy. The vitality may suffer, and troubles with the bones, teeth, and circulation may surface. Some Famous People with Sun in Hard Aspect to Saturn: Squares – Harry Belafonte, Wynonna Judd (Sun square Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto), Salvador Dali, Marilyn Manson, Oprah Winfrey, Salvador Dali, Virginia Woolf, Ben Stiller, Alec Guiness. Oppositions – Jim Morrison, Charlie Sheen, Kurt Russell.

Mercury

Mercury Trine Uranus

Your thinking today is ingenious, original, clever, sharp, and magnetic. Electricity is in your head and probably the rest of your body. You are full of nervous energy, but it is the type that can help you accomplish more. New and exciting opportunities may come about today through travel, conversations with others, or through new reading material. Go exploring. You are open to new ideas, and come up with your own fair share of unique perspectives yourself. You have a technical bent and might take special interest in computers, technology, and science. Your intuition is very strong and mostly leads you in the right direction. You have a friendly, tolerant, and unprejudiced manner. You avoid making unfair judgments, being hypocritical, or stereotyping. You are very truthful and abhor modes of thinking that are biased and narrow. You are resourceful, witty, and quick to grasp and understand new subjects. Your thinking is often quite naturally outside of the box and very quick, and it can be baffling to you when you observe others who don’t get to the same conclusions as you in half the time. Still, you require much space and freedom to do your own thinking, and you don’t take kindly to anyone trying to force-feed you information or opinions. You are at your mental best and most cooperative when you have had the chance to find your own inspiration, and you easily feel hypocritical if you don’t–a feeling that doesn’t sit well with you one bit.The trine aspect is the more dynamic of the two harmonious aspects. Those with the sextile can call upon these traits when needed, and those with the trine between the Mercury and Uranus have incorporated the traits of the aspect into their personalities, expressing them naturally and consistently. Some Famous People with Mercury in Harmonious Aspect to Uranus: Sextiles – Lawrence Welk, John Steinbeck, Donald Sutherland, Erik Satie, Martin Sheen; Trines – Sheena Easton, Farrah Fawcett, Tracey Ullman, Marilyn Manson

Venus

Venus

Venus Square Jupiter

You will probably overindulge yourself today, with regrets later. This is true both with eating and spending. A distinct laziness may overcome you and you will want to be pampered. Self-discipline is needed in order to avoid trouble now or later. Others may think you are too spoiled. Don't procrastinate. These people are big-hearted and warm, with open hearts and a tendency to want to give a lot to the people they love. They can have some problems with following through on their promises, however–not because of any ill intent, but because they sometimes overestimate their personal capabilities, and want to do more, and give more, than is actually possible. At distinct times in their lives, they have a tendency to live beyond their means. They need to be cautious about the tendency to feel overly-optimistic or overly protected. Borrowing from their future and overdoing their indulgence in pleasures is a marked tendency. While people with the conjunction, sextile, or trine between Venus and Jupiter express their bigheartedness, tolerance, generosity, and magnanimity in a generally constant and natural manner, these same expressions for those people with the square, opposition, and quincunx between these planets tend to be problematic at times. Their need for growth, good humor, and fun in their relationships is marked, as is their disdain for insincerity. However, they may attract just those kinds of people simply because they are looking so hard for these traits that they assign them onto undeserving people!Moderation is the most important, and perhaps challenging, lesson in these people’s lives.Interpretation sample from the Your Spiritual Path report — Your sense of form and harmony extend into the important relationships of your life. You seek a strong philosophical connection to match the physical passion. Faithfulness is a key factor if your relationship is to support your spiritual growth, and trust has to work both ways in the partnership. Some Famous People with the Venus in Hard Aspect to Jupiter: Squares – Jason Alexander, Pearl Buck, Julia Child, Joe Cocker, Sean Connery, Alice Cooper, Billy Corgan, e.e. Cummings, John Denver, Michael J. Your relationships with people today may involve the quality of deception. Either you are not being honest with them or they are not being honest with you. Be careful of people who come to you with hard luck stories and ask for your help. They may really need your help or they may just be trying to scam you. Use discrimination. Not everyone who asks for help deserves your help. It may be better to let them help themselves. Knowing the difference is one of the most difficult things to learn. Certainly do nothing today that isn't entirely above board or you will pay for it dearly later on. Honesty is the best policy. Misunderstandings can occur so mirror back to others what you understand them to have said and see if they agree with your interpretation. You may feel more sensitive today than usual. Don't feel bad if your ego feels bruised. Things may not be as they appear. This is a challenging position, as you have difficulty trusting in your ability to go after things that you want in a direct manner. It may also be that you have difficulty pinpointing what it is that you want, or that part of you doesn’t feel you deserve it due to a basic lack of self-confidence. You fear rejection as well as criticism, and often use roundabout means to go after what you want.Your imagination is so powerful that it can be hard to trust your instincts. You easily imagine things going wrong, just as you easily fantasize about good things! Your desire nature is strong yet also very suggestible. You’re attracted to mysteries and intrigue. Sexual experimentation is likely, as you are forever addicted to sensuality and unusual or perhaps even what many would consider perverted sexual scenarios. However, your sensual appetite might be much like a bottomless pit, and you could find yourself forever in a state of wanting more, tiring of regular sexual scenarios quickly, and endlessly searching for the next sensation. If an addiction to fantasy is present, you can find yourself constantly chasing a new and more complicated fantasy. It is only when you get into touch with your heart and discover your true desires that you realize that sensations are merely sensations–not deeply satisfying or fulfilling.Fears of sexual inadequacy can be great with this position, and you may either deny yourself as a result, or overcompensate, seeking out experiences in which you are pretty much assured positive feedback. Some of you will experience both of these extremes in your lifetime. I have a client with this position who has a “trophy” wife, and she often denies him, and even belittles him, on a sexual level. He accepts this but “gets her back” behind her back, having serial affairs with women who are not considered as attractive for whatever reason and with whom he attempts to reclaim his power. One of the interesting things about this position is that if you are involved in immoral activities, guilt has a way of cropping up in unusual ways, and could lead you on a self-destructive path–and you might even know that you’re heading that way, yet you compulsively follow that path. Part of you might want to get caught! You might, for example, know in your mind that doing something is risky, yet you compulsively do it anyhow, perhaps even finding the challenge invigorating.Although you can be very creative at keeping your motives and personal agenda hidden–in fact, many of you seem on the surface of things to be quite gentle and yielding–you might eventually become resentful if you feel the need to resort to sneakiness in order to get what you want out of life. This is one of the things that has struck me as the most common characteristics of Mars-Neptune people. It’s not that they don’t get angry or show that anger. However, many will give in to another’s desires more often than not, yet become resentful of that person who seems to have control over them. Some will give up their power to a partner, for example, often taking the role as the one who gives in or gives up things in order to make the other happy. However, resentment for this builds, and while people with harmonious Mars-Neptune aspects more easily yield to others without anger for doing so, those with hard Mars-Neptune aspects are more likely to feel stepped upon, and to retaliate in covert ways. If you do feel resentment for giving up your power to someone else, learn to avoid giving it up unless you truly understand that you are doing it for yourself, and not for someone else. Resentments have a way of building and distorting themselves into ugly matter if you don’t deal with them properly and directly. You are often passive-aggressive in your approach to others, and this can cause a lot of problems in your life. You are usually found chasing a dream… or a fantasy. The former is probably the better path.Somehow, others are bound to eventually sense that you are not to be trusted, and this is often for good reason! You may not like to admit this to yourself, as you may have built excuses for your deceptive or sneaky behavior. However, adopting a more direct and assertive approach to life is something that you should be working towards. You will need to get over your feelings of guilt when you do adopt this approach. Learning to take responsibility for your actions, and to avoid blaming others for failures, is important. At your worst, you can be disorganized in your approach to life, easily procrastinating and lacking follow-through when you do begin a task. Some of the most important lessons you need to learn in life are self-control, self-assertion, and trust in yourself. At your best, you are a creative person with a powerful imagination and great stores of compassion. Some Famous People with the Mars in Hard Aspect to Neptune: Squares – Ben Affleck, James Barber, Erma Bombeck, Jimmy Buffet, Barbara Bush, Sandra Dee, Melissa Etheridge, Eddie Fisher, Jodie Foster, Conan O’Brien, Diana Ross, Rod Stewart, Andy Warhol, Sharon Tate. Notes about Transits

Mars is all about action, and where Mars is in our chart with transits is a place where we are prepared to stand our ground. Mars transits can be really productive, but they can also be angsty, aggressive, and sometimes come from a place of anger. It's important to pay attention to how you direct that energy. Mars transits can last for up to a couple weeks.
Jupiter transits enhance your life with optimism and forward-thinking, and lasting for about a month, give you plenty of time to take advantage. Bigger and better is Jupiter's way of thinking, and should be yours as well.
Saturn transits, on the other hand, are where we get a major reality check, and if we’re not ready for them, they can be pretty rotten. Of course, if we’re prepared and up to the task, Saturn transits can also bring very well-deserved rewards, too. Saturn transits last a bit longer than Jupiter transits—usually 2 months or so at a time, but with retrograde cycles, you could be looking at the same lessons three times over a 6 month period.
The outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto last for such a long time that they make long-lasting impacts on our lives. In fact, Neptune and Pluto can last for two to three years! Consider their effects, plan accordingly, and make them part of your life for the better.
