The Sun

Solar activity returned to high levels with six M-class flares occurring during the period. Region 3380 (S10W66, Dkc/beta-gamma) continued to be the main flare producer, spawning five of the six M1 flares. Region 3386 (N12W33, Eso/beta) did display a bright enhancement around the same time as one of the M1 flares (02/0812 UTC), but closer analysis resulted in attributing the most intense brightening to Region 3380, thus reassigning the M1 flare from 3386 to 3380 as the likely source region. Region 3380 continued to show signs of decay, losing the weak delta signature, but gained a beta-gamma configuration. Accurate analysis continues to be a challenge as it approaches the western limb becoming more and more foreshortened.

The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently normal.

Solar wind parameters were indicative of an enhanced solar wind environment, likely the tapering effects from the 28 Jul CME. Solar wind speed remained mostly between 370 km/s and 415 km/s. Total field spent most of the period near 11 nT before dropping below 5 nT by the end of the day. The Bz component underwent a sustained southward deviation at -5 to -10 nT from 02/0500-1630 UTC before turning more northerly at -2 nT to -3 nT. Phi angle was in negative orientation until ~02/1330 UTC when it rotated into a mostly positive orientation.

There is a 25% chance of solar activity, with a 10% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Moon Is In Pisces

Okay, star gazers, buckle up because it's time for a cosmic ride! The Moon just checked in to the Pisces suite and she's feeling all sorts of dreamy. She's over 358,190 kilometers away (give or take a few stardust particles) but still, she's throwing a lunar soiree and we're all invited. Now, don't get me wrong, I love a good party as much as the next astro-nerd, but when the Moon is in Pisces, things can get a little...let's say, out of this world. And by that, I mean you might find yourself feeling more intuitive than Spock at a Vulcan mind-melding convention. The Pisces energy is all about diving deep into the cosmic ocean. It's like a celestial snorkeling trip, except instead of fish, you're swimming with your deepest emotions, dreams, and your weird Uncle Bob's psychic predictions. So, if you find yourself feeling a bit more sensitive than usual, blame it on the moonlight (and Pisces, of course). But hey, let's look at the bright side, it's a prime time to tap into your creative juices. Maybe write that sci-fi screenplay about alien life forms who communicate solely through interpretive dance. Or design a solar-powered toaster. You know, something that truly screams "I am a child of the cosmos." Remember, the universe doesn't make mistakes (except maybe black holes...still figuring those out). So, embrace this lunar-Pisces combo and ride the cosmic wave. Who knows, you might just discover a new constellation or two. Or at least, figure out why you've been craving sushi and listening to Enya non-stop. Until next time, keep looking up, my stargazing comrades. And remember, space might be the final frontier, but it's made in a Hollywood basement (or was that the Red Hot Chili Peppers? Never mind, same difference). Happy star trekking!

Mercury In Virgo: A Nerd's Delight

As Mercury cheekily sidles into Virgo, it's like the Universe decided to host its very own Comic-Con, with you as the star guest. Imagine, if you will, a celestial cosplay event where everybody's dressed as their favorite super-efficient character. Except, of course, for Mercury, who's donned the Virgo ensemble, complete with an oversized magnifying glass and a pocket protector brimming with multi-colored pens. In this period, your mind becomes as sharp as Spock's ears, and your speech as precise as Data's calculations. No more beating around the bush or sugar-coating. It's all about boldly cutting through the clutter, much like the Starship Enterprise slicing through the cosmos. Virgo, the cosmic Sherlock Holmes, has a knack for gathering heaps of information, sifting through it with the precision of a Vulcan, and discarding all that's irrelevant. So, while Mercury is frolicking in this detail-oriented sign, your ability to analyze data could give even the ship's computer a run for its money. You communicate with the clarity of Captain Picard ordering "Tea, Earl Grey, hot." Productivity shoots up faster than the Enterprise at warp speed. Sure, it might not be as fun as a holodeck adventure, but the chances to make real progress are astronomical. You'll dodge dead-end ideas and circular conversations like Neo dodges bullets in 'The Matrix,' focusing instead on useful info and nitty-gritty details. However, beware of turning into a hyper-critical Tribble naysayer. Yes, discernment is good, but during Mercury in Virgo, there's a risk of becoming so fault-finding that you might start seeing glitches in the Matrix where there are none. Tact and diplomacy are your shields here. After all, nobody likes a sarcastic android, right Data? Remember to refine your speech, because, as they say in Starfleet, infinite diversity comes with infinite combinations. So, let's respect that, shall we?

Venus in Leo - A Cosmic Drama Unfolds

Hold onto your telescopes, folks! Our celestial diva, Venus, has sauntered into the spotlight of Leo, and she's ready for her close-up. With Venus swanning about in the most theatrical sign of the zodiac, the cosmos is about to outshine even the most excessive episode of Star Trek.

When Venus flounces into Leo, we don't just want to be admired, oh no. We want to be worshipped, put on a pedestal, and have love songs written in our honor! It's like a Shakespearean sonnet on overdrive. The timid need not apply - this transit calls for grand gestures and big hearts. If you're not careful, you might find yourself serenading your sweetheart beneath their window... at 3am!

However, remember that all this drama can lead to a cosmic soap opera. Leo may just be the king of the jungle, but let's not forget, he can also be the king of melodrama. Don’t be surprised if lovers suddenly morph into divas, demanding more attention than a black hole. Remember to keep your egos in check, folks! A healthy relationship is like a good science experiment: it requires both parties to participate equally and openly.

And let's talk about finances. With Venus in Leo, your bank account might feel like it's been sucked into a wormhole. Leo loves all things shiny and expensive, so budgeting could go out the window faster than the speed of light. But remember, generosity is the heart of Leo. Nothing will make you happier than showering those you love with extravagant gifts. Just make sure not to go bankrupt in the process. Your bank manager might not be as understanding as your loved ones.

All in all, Venus in Leo is like popping a supernova into your relationships. It's loud, it's bright, and it's impossible to ignore. So buckle up, star gazers, because life is about to get a whole lot more exciting!

Mars Is In Virgo

Hey there, space cadets! Buckle up because I've got some cosmic news for you. Our fiery friend Mars decided to take a little vacay in Virgo and it's going to be quite the ride. Now, you might be thinking, "What on Earth does that mean for me?" Well, my dear stargazers, Mars is the cosmic equivalent of a caffeinated squirrel – always on the go, full of energy, and occasionally a bit nuts. Virgo, on the other hand, is like a super-efficient librarian who loves nothing more than organization, health, and self-improvement. A strange combo, right? But bear with me. Imagine this - Mars is now like a caffeinated squirrel in a library, running around with a bunch of post-it notes, determined to make everything as efficient as possible. You'll find yourself wanting to tighten up your routines, streamline your work habits, and maybe even color-code your socks drawer. But wait, there's more! Virgo also rules over health and self-improvement, so don't be surprised if you suddenly get the urge to join a Zumba class or swap your regular pizza for a kale salad. And hey, thanks to Virgo's love for routine, these changes might actually stick around longer than your last diet. But remember, folks, every cosmic transit has a flip side. With Mars in Virgo, we might become more critical and aggressive because our standards are higher than a Vulcan doing the Vulcan salute. So, if you find yourself getting irritable over someone's inefficiency or lack of control, just remember - not everyone has the precision of a Starfleet officer. Don’t turn this perfectionism inward either. No one likes a self-deprecating Spock. Cut yourself some slack, practice patience, and remember: we're all human...or Cylon...or whatever species you identify as. Rather than focusing on others' flaws, use this energy to tackle projects that require attention to detail. Whether it's budgeting your Galactic Credits, planning your next interstellar trip, or learning to speak Wookiee, Mars in Virgo is your cosmic green light to get things done! So there you have it, folks. Mars in Virgo is a unique blend of cosmic energy that can help us become better, healthier, and more efficient versions of ourselves. Just remember not to get too caught up in the details and you'll be just fine. Happy stargazing!

Jupiter In Taurus - The Bull Meets the Big Guy

Greetings, star gazers! Now, Jupiter – the party animal of our solar system has decided to crash at Taurus, the Bull's place for a while. You know what they say about house guests and fish after three days. Let's hope Jupiter doesn't overstay its welcome! But let's get serious here – or as serious as I can get, which, admittedly, isn't much. When Jupiter, the planet that's got more wisdom than Yoda, meets Taurus, the zodiac’s most tenacious sign, it's like they've just discovered the cosmic equivalent of a comfy couch. Suddenly, they're all about chilling out and thinking deep thoughts. So, you know, maybe let your inner philosopher take the wheel for a bit. This Jupiter-Taurus bromance can also give you a little boost towards reaching that dream you've been snoozing on. Just remember to make a to-do list that doesn't include "procrastinate." Taurus is all about the patience game and Jupiter's all, "Let's grow, bro!" So trust the process and take one step at a time. Next thing you know, you'll be standing on the peak of success...hopefully without any altitude sickness. Now, we gotta talk about the elephant in the cosmos: money. Jupiter is the Mr. Monopoly of planets and Taurus? Well, lets just say he's got a bit of a reputation for liking the finer things in life. So when these two get together, they're like the Wolf of Wall Street meets the Secret Life of Walter Mitty. But remember kids, just because your horoscope says you're likely to strike it rich, doesn't mean you should start buying lottery tickets in bulk. And speaking of overindulging, Taurus has a bit of a sweet tooth for, well, everything. And Jupiter's influence might just turn that sweet tooth into a full-blown sugar rush. So, maybe think twice before you decide to order that extra large pizza all for yourself. So there you have it, folks, the cosmic forecast for Jupiter hanging out in Taurus. Remember, in the wise words of Douglas Adams: Don't Panic, and always know where your towel is.

Saturn Is In Pisces

Greetings, celestial navigators! Our taskmaster Saturn has decided to play a game of Hide & Seek in the dreamy realm of Pisces. Yes, you heard it right! The stern school principal is currently on a sabbatical in the land of unicorns and rainbows. Talk about a plot twist! Now, don't let this eerie pairing scare you. It's not like Darth Vader decided to vacation in Disneyland! But it does mean that it's time to buckle up and make some space for self-reflection. Remember that half-baked novel idea or that ambitious start-up plan? Well, Saturn is knocking on your door with a checklist and a red pen. Time to get serious about those daydreams! However, I must warn you, Saturn in Pisces isn't always a joyride on a rainbow unicorn. Sometimes, our favorite taskmaster might question your wildest dreams, and trust me, it can feel like an unexpected pop quiz in quantum physics! But remember, even though Saturn may seem like an intrusive parent, its tough love is just what we need to declutter our cosmic rooms. Now let's talk about sleep. With all this cosmic energy stirring up in the Piscean ocean of dreams, insomnia might be more common than spotting a UFO. But hey, who needs sleep when you can meditate or take a leisurely stroll through the woods? Or better yet, take a nap with a dream journal on standby. Who knows, the next big idea might just be a dream away! So, my dear stargazers, it's time to embrace the unexpected mix of Saturn's discipline and Pisces' dreamy nature. Let's turn this celestial surprise into an opportunity for growth and self-discovery. After all, where else could you find such a perfect blend of science, spirituality, and sleep deprivation? Only in astrology, my friends. Only in astrology.

Uranus in Taurus: The Cosmic Bull Ride

Alright, stardust enthusiasts, fasten your nebula seat belts because Uranus is snuggled up in Taurus like a cat in a sunbeam. Now, we all know Taurus as the cosmic equivalent of that friend who has their favourite spot on the couch and gets antsy if you even think about sitting there. They're all about stability, consistency, and that good old comfort zone. But Uranus? Oh, Uranus is the wild child of the zodiac, the instigator of dramatic change, the one that crashes into your quiet Sunday morning with a loud "Surprise!"

It's like inviting a tornado to a tea party, or introducing a Dalek to origami. You get the idea, it's a bit of a cosmic culture clash. But hey, sometimes we need that shake-up, right? Break the monotony, disturb the dust! And guess what? Taurus may just realize that the status quo was overrated anyway. After all, even a TARDIS needs a good shake to jumpstart sometimes.

Now, Taurus has a bit of a reputation for being the Warren Buffet of the zodiac. Money, finances, investments, they have it all charted out. So, Uranus doing its cosmic jig in the house of Taurus? Expect some revolutionary ideas about money, my friends. We might see new forms of currency pop up that make Bitcoin look like Monopoly money, or banks turning into something straight out of a sci-fi novel. Who knows, Wall Street could do the Macarena for all we know!

On a personal level, Uranus in Taurus is like a cosmic Marie Kondo, making us rethink our relationship with money and material possessions. Debt, taxes, rent, that credit card bill from that online shopping spree during lockdown...all these could feel like Saturn's rings tightening around us. But here's the thing - Uranus is not here to add to your woes. It's here to liberate, to shake us free from those shackles. Don't be a stubborn ox; embrace the change. This cosmic bull ride might just lead you to greener pastures, and trust me, the effects will be as long-lasting as a Time Lord's lifespan.

Neptune in Pisces: The Matrix Edition

Alright, folks. Buckle up, because we're about to go full Neo on this Neptune in Pisces thing. We're talking 4.36 billion kilometers of cosmic wackiness, and with Neptune currently moonwalking (or should I say, planet-walking?) its way through retrograde, things are about to get as blurry as a VHS tape in an old rental store.

Imagine if you will, standing in the Matrix, the green code raining down around you. You're probably thinking, "Man, I need a serious software update." Well, guess what? That's exactly what Neptune in Pisces is offering. It's like the universe has slipped us the red pill and we're seeing reality for the first time... and it's not all about cat memes and binge-watching series on Netflix.

This cosmic alignment is all about dissolving borders, boundaries and those tiresome 'who drank the last coffee' office debates. It's about realizing we're all swimming in the same cosmic soup, so maybe it's time we stopped trying to microwave each other's spoons (you know, Matrix style).

So, what's the function of this cosmic code? It's pushing us toward unity, urging us to take our individual quirks and talents (yes, even your ability to recite the periodic table backwards) and figure out how to use them for the greater good. Think less "corporate drone" and more "spiritual innovator."

Feeling the spiritual pull? Maybe it's time to join that online meditation group or start a virtual yoga challenge. Neptune in Pisces is dishing out invitations to tap into your inner guru and share that newfound wisdom with the world. And remember, just like any good Matrix protagonist, you're not alone in this journey. There's a whole universe out there ready to back you up.

So go on, take the red pill, step into the cosmic unknown and remember, in the words of Morpheus, "I can only show you the door. You're the one that has to walk through it."

Pluto in Capricorn: The Force Awakens

Alright, star gazers, buckle up your Millennium Falcons because we're about to make the jump to hyperspace with our old buddy Pluto, who's taken up residence in the no-nonsense neighborhood of Capricorn. Now, I know what you're thinking: "But Astro-dork, isn't Pluto like 5 billion kilometers away?" Well, my friends, distance in space is like the line at a vegan food truck—totally irrelevant when you're really hungry for tofu tacos.

Now, Pluto and Capricorn are like Han Solo and Chewbacca – they're both fixated on achieving their goals, even if it means doing the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs. This power-couple can make us efficient and result-oriented. However, channel your inner Obi-Wan and beware of turning into a Darth Vader, ruthlessly force-choking anyone who disagrees with you.

But here's the twist - Pluto, that sly cosmic furball, wants us to take a lightsaber to our negative habits, clearing the path for new, healthier ones. But remember, young Padawans, balance is key in the Force. As you swing that lightsaber of change, be careful not to go full-on Death Star and obliterate things that could still serve you well.

In short, in this cosmic episode of 'Stars Wars: Return of the Retrograde', let's channel the wisdom of Yoda: "Destroy or destroy not, there is no try." Remember, the Force is strong with you, so make wise choices and may the stars be ever in your favor!

The Sun

The Sun

Sun Square Jupiter

Today will be one of optimism and self-confidence. Your only danger is in becoming over-confident. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Watch the tendency towards self-aggrandizement, false pride, and over-indulgence in food and drink. Don't overspend, as you are likely to feel extravagant today.Although their intentions are generally good, people with challenging aspects between the Sun and Jupiter are given to overdoing things. They can easily gloss over realistic details and get themselves into debt, overindulge in pleasures such as food and drink, and promise more than they can deliver. For the most part, they find help for their excesses. Somebody’s there to bail them out, as plenty of people believe that their hearts are in the right place. Generally, this is the case, but if excessive behavior becomes a pattern, and the natives continually face light consequences, there is the danger that they will not learn from their mistakes and abuse the “system”, relying on their friends and family to help them out a little too often. Their reputation for being good people, thus, can eventually be used to further their purposes. However, many people with this aspect don’t fall into the trap of losing their sincerity. They are generous, helpful, and charitable. Still, the tendency to live beyond their means is a real threat that many struggle with much of their lives. Another thing to watch for is depression. These people tend to go through periods of intense highs when they are excessively optimistic. These periods are so marked that they seem to be unnatural and a fall seems to be inevitable. They can make promises they intend to keep, but have a problem with follow-through. Self-control can be a real problem. Usually quite knowledgeable and generous with their time, these people have many talents that they may take for granted. Some Famous People with Sun in Hard Aspect to Jupiter: Squares – Billy Crystal, Ian Scott Anderson (Jethro Tull), Nell Carter, Edgar Cayce, Linda Goodman, George Lucas, the Olsen twins, Dolly Parton, John Ritter, Oscar Wilde; Oppositions – Robert Duvall, Beau Bridges, Monica Lewinsky, James Earl Jones, Kevin Costner.Alternate interpretations:Note: The square, semi-square, sesquiquadrate, and opposition are also called “hard”, “challenging”, or “inharmonious” aspects.Sun in hard aspect to Jupiter: Part of your soul purpose is to promote growth and expansion, whether material, intellectual, or spiritual. You are impelled to be involved in large enterprises that have broad social consequences and influence many people, and you need a rather large arena in which to make the impact you wish. You dream BIG dreams and generally possess the self confidence to promote yourself and your ideas on a wide scale. Your willingness to take risks and to branch out into areas you have yet to explore, along with your ability to project into the future and to see the big picture, all add to your capacity to come to prominence and succeed in life in a big way. However, just as unchecked growth and over-development can lead to undesirable consequences for, say, the natural environment, so too can your own urge for “more” or “bigger” have harmful effects. When out of balance, you are prone to exaggerate, to be ostentatious and pretentious, to be overly optimistic and promise things that you can not reasonably do, and to be seemingly unable to limit or restrict yourself in a realistic way. The ego-gratifications you get from being a “big-wig” may become a primary motivation rather than simply an offshoot of your accomplishments. You may be unwilling to pay your dues, too quick to try a shortcut (moral or otherwise) in your eagerness to gain your aspirations. You may also have enjoyed “favored son” or “favored daughter” status in your household growing up, and thus expect things to come easily to you. Generally they do, but relying too much on this kind of luck can lead to errors of judgment on your part, not to mention major disappointments. On a physical level, over consumption could lead to overweight and/or problems with your liver. At your finest, though, you have a generous heart, a positive spirit, and the desire to live for something bigger than yourself. Using these gifts, you can contribute much good to the world as well as your own spiritual refinement. The qualities of hope and joy are also yours to transmit to the world. — Interpretation from the Karmic Insight report.Sun square Jupiter: You have big aspirations and the desire to succeed in life in a grand way. You tend to exaggerate, to promise more than is possible, and to misjudge through being overly optimistic. However, you never lose your hopes for the future. Restlessness and discontent with responsibilities and limitations in life can be troublesome for you. — Interpretation from the Merlin Report.Sun square Jupiter: You tend to be stubborn and unable to make solid career choices. You get carried away and go off in directions contrary to your actual needs. Your judgment in vocational matters is often off, sending you on a wild goose chase. In addition, there is possible difficulty with authorities and the law and/or differences with older people. To use an old adage, you can (at times) be your own worst enemy. The advice of a trusted friend regarding career is to be recommended. — Interpretation from Zet Software.Sun square Jupiter: (The Pompous) Your eye is very much on the “donut” and not on the “hole.” You are a citizen of the world and an eager learner, so benefit by extensive travel. Others are excited by your dynamic presence and what you have to say, unless you spoil your image by exaggerating reality or monopolize center stage to hear your own voice. Then, those great gulps of life you devour can distend your ego as well as your waistline and result in chronic social indigestion. — Interpretation from the Spirit Success report.

Mercury

Mercury

Mercury Opposite Saturn

Your thinking may be concentrated, obstructed, morose or limited today. Saturn has a way of throwing cold water and constraints on things. Depression is possible, but it will pass, so try to stay optimistic. There may be delays in mail or letters or phone calls. A negative mental outlook along with an unwillingness to accept the ideas of others is characteristic of this aspect. Don't be worried over a lack of inspiration. It won't last long. People will challenge your ideas.Saturn connected to a personal planet in hard aspect has a censoring effect on the planet involved. With Mercury in hard aspect to Saturn, whatever the person says and writes is self-censored to some degree. It’s hard for these people to pour out their emotions, no matter how emotional or needy they feel on the inside. This is because they are always aware of what others might think of them with what they say. They are not necessarily deliberate talkers or thinkers. In other words, they don’t always pick and choose their words carefully or speak slowly. However, they are careful with what they reveal to others. They make plenty of disclaimers, and often come across as negative or sarcastic without intending to. These are people who review conversations they’ve had with others, and who often kick themselves for saying something they didn’t intend to, or for not saying something witty. Saturn tends to have a hobbling effect, and when it’s attached to the planet of communication in hard aspect, there can be some feelings of insecurity about how we speak and communicate in general. These people tend to worry about what they’ve said and how they could have said it better. Some older astrology texts suggest that there can be learning disorders or “slowness” with this aspect, but this is rarely the case. In fact, many people with this aspect are very strong academically. The flow of their communication is blocked in some manner, however, and this is due to an automatic “self-censoring” tendency. Self-consciousness and hypersensitivity is experienced with regards to their intelligence and ability to get ideas across to others, especially in youth. These people need plenty of positive feedback from others in order to feel more confident and less “blocked”.If you have this aspect in your chart, recognize that you are most likely harder on yourself about how you communicate than others are. Ask people close to you for an objective point of view. Chances are, they find you to be astute, intelligent, and an effective speaker or writer. We often tell our kids “don’t worry about what others think”, but telling this to a person with a hard Saturn aspects is not enough, nor is it realistic. They will worry. Instead, I have found that the best way to handle difficult Saturn aspects is to get objective feedback from others! Mercury-Saturn people don’t accept compliments whole-heartedly, yet they crave them and need them. Others around them tend to stop complimenting them, feeling that they either don’t need compliments or don’t want to hear them. Nothing can be further than the truth!Mercury opposition Saturn Your intellectual capabilities are well developed, and you can accomplish anything that you set your mind to. You are likely to possess academic “smarts” and writing ability. In some ways you are a loner. This is likely because your greatest feelings of security arise from a job well done. Be sure to exercise caution in entering into contracts. Don’t overlook the important details that can boomerang against you later. It may be best to hire an attorney or other advisor to help you with these tasks. You might find that you are the victim of “red tape”, mix-ups, and communication problems more than most. You sometimes come across as more stern or harsh than you actually are! There is likely to be a negative or sarcastic style to your speech that you may not always be aware of, but that others pick up quickly. You will find that others often misunderstand your intentions rather easily, or that you misrepresent yourself unwittingly. You often kick yourself for saying (or, more often, not saying) something after a conversation is over. — Interpretation from our LoveStyles Report. Some Famous People with the Mercury in Hard Aspect to Saturn: Squares – Sheena Easton, Kevin Kline; Oppositions – Steven Seagal, Kurt Russell, Tiger Woods, Robert Redford, Patrick Duffy.

This prepared you to deal well with competitive situations in your adult life.Communication is important to you. Your dramatic delivery and flair for using the right words make you a formidable opponent in any debate. Notes about Transits

Mars is all about action, and where Mars is in our chart with transits is a place where we are prepared to stand our ground. Mars transits can be really productive, but they can also be angsty, aggressive, and sometimes come from a place of anger. It's important to pay attention to how you direct that energy. Mars transits can last for up to a couple weeks.
Jupiter transits enhance your life with optimism and forward-thinking, and lasting for about a month, give you plenty of time to take advantage. Bigger and better is Jupiter's way of thinking, and should be yours as well.
Saturn transits, on the other hand, are where we get a major reality check, and if we’re not ready for them, they can be pretty rotten. Of course, if we’re prepared and up to the task, Saturn transits can also bring very well-deserved rewards, too. Saturn transits last a bit longer than Jupiter transits—usually 2 months or so at a time, but with retrograde cycles, you could be looking at the same lessons three times over a 6 month period.
The outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto last for such a long time that they make long-lasting impacts on our lives. In fact, Neptune and Pluto can last for two to three years! Consider their effects, plan accordingly, and make them part of your life for the better.
