The Sun

Region 3390 (S20E34, Dso/beta) kept solar activity at moderate levels with an M1.6/2f flare at 31/0900 UTC, despite exhibiting signs of decay during the period. Significant growth was observed in Region 3380 (S10W39, Dkc/beta-delta), especially in its intermediate spots where a delta magnetic configuration was formed. However, this region was only responsible for a few low-level C-class flares. Region 3386 (N10W04, Eki/beta) continued to separate slightly, had little spot development, and only spawned a few C-class flares. Region 3384 (S16W15, Cao/beta) had some spots reemerge, with several spots popping up at the end of the period. New Region 3393 formed and was numbered, but remained inactive. The remaining numbered regions were relatively stable.

The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.

Solar wind parameters reflected a weakly enhanced, yet waning solar wind environment as CH HSS influence weakened. Solar wind speed decreased from a peak near 500 km/s down to end the period near 360 km/s. Total field was steady near 5 nT, and the Bz component was less than -5 nT. Phi angle was mostly positive throughout the period.

There is a 25% chance of solar activity, with a 35% chance of a minor event, a 25% chance of a moderate event, and a 10% chance of a strong event.

Moon Is In Aquarius

Hey there, celestial explorers! Looks like we've got a quirky lunatic dance happening up in the cosmos because our lady Luna has decided to take a detour into Aquarius territory. Now, I'm not saying you should start communicating with aliens or inventing the next big thing in quantum computing. But, ya know, it wouldn't hurt. This Aquarian Moon is sitting roughly 358,355.134984969km away. That's like walking around the Earth almost 9,000 times. Or if you prefer, it's like the distance between you and your fridge when you're on a diet. Just saying. Under this cosmic combo, things might get a little...weird. And by weird, I mean you might find yourself drawn to the unconventional. Ever had the urge to adopt a pet rock or debate the merits of Star Wars vs. Battlestar Galactica with your cat? Yeah, that level of weird. But don't fret, space cadets! This is the perfect time to embrace your inner eccentric. Let that freak flag fly! Whether you're revolutionizing your wardrobe with an array of technicolor tie-dye or diving headfirst into the mysteries of theoretical physics, it's all good under this moon. Just remember, folks, while the moon might be chilling out in Aquarius, it's still a long way off. So, keep your feet on the ground, but let your mind wander. Explore those unusual thoughts. Who knows? You might just discover a new asteroid belt, or at least a new favorite flavor of ice cream. So buckle up, space monkeys, it's going to be a wild ride. The universe is full of surprises, and this Aquarian Moon is no exception. Be open, stay curious, and don't forget your sense of humor. After all, even the universe enjoys a good chuckle now and then.

Mercury In Virgo: A Nerdy Astrologer's Perspective

Hey there, cosmic voyagers! Buckle up, because Mercury, the celestial mailman and the Usain Bolt of our solar system, has just clocked into Virgo's meticulous realm. So, prepare for a high-speed delivery of precision and productivity! With Mercury in Virgo, our minds have been upgraded to Star Trek's Spock-levels of logic. That's right, folks, we're going full Vulcan! Our speech becomes as sharp as a laser beam cutting through a marshmallow. No fluff, no frills, just straight-to-the-point facts. So if you've been struggling to find the right words, congratulations! Now is YOUR time to shine, my loquacious celestial champions! Now, Virgo, the astrological equivalent of Marie Kondo, is a master at stripping out the unnecessary. So, imagine this as a mental spring cleaning. Our minds become efficient, organized libraries with neatly arranged thoughts, ideas, and information. Think of it as our own personal Google database, where every search yields the most accurate results. But beware, my dear stargazers, this transit isn't all sunshine and rainbows. It can turn us into nitpicking machines, finding faults faster than a Terminator spots its target. Remember, perfection isn't the goal here; progress is! So, let's aim to be more like WALL-E, focusing on positivity and cleaning up our mess, rather than becoming hyper-critical RoboCops. In short, Mercury in Virgo is the cosmic equivalent of getting a software update. There might be some glitches (and a lot of rebooting), but it's all towards making us run more efficiently. So, let's embrace this period of analytical hyperdrive and make the most of it. After all, to quote Spock, "Logic is the beginning of wisdom, not the end."

Venus

Venus Is In Leo

Ladies, gentlemen, and celestial bodies! Buckle up, because our cosmic playmate, Venus, has decided to sashay into the flamboyant kingdom of Leo. It's like providing a toddler with a megaphone and a drum set - there's going to be noise, theatrics, and potentially some tears. Venus in Leo is the cosmic equivalent of a high school drama club - it's all about grand gestures, glittering performances, and a touch of melodrama. For the introverts among us, this might sound like your worst nightmare, but fear not, this is your chance to let your inner lion roar. With Venus in Leo, "like" is a lukewarm word; we want to be adored, revered, treasured. It's time to take risks, make grand gestures, and if you're thinking of playing it safe, well, you might as well be watching the show from backstage. Love, under this star-studded extravaganza, is far from calm. Leo, the king of the zodiac jungle, loves to play, but also has a flair for drama. If you're feeling neglected or underappreciated, you might find yourself starting an argument just to feel like the center of attention again. But remember, while it's tempting to steal the show, this isn't a one-person act. And what about money? Well, while Venus is in Leo, it's less about saving and more about spending. Leo loves the finer things in life; think champagne, caviar, and Gucci loafers. Treat yourself, pamper your loved ones, and maybe splurge on that over-the-top gift you've been eyeing. In short, Venus in Leo is like a cosmic carnival, a time to re-energize your relationships, and to remember that a life devoid of fun and excitement is like a sky without stars. So, embrace the drama, crank up the volume, and let your inner diva shine. After all, the universe is your stage!

Mars Is In Virgo

Alright my celestial seekers, time to put on your cosmic reading glasses and tighten those intergalactic seat belts! Our fiery friend Mars, you know, the one named after the Roman God of War, is currently hanging out in the tidy neighborhood of Virgo. Now, don't panic about the war god thing, it's not as dramatic as it sounds. Mars, the cosmic action hero of "getting things done", is currently cozying up with Virgo, the celestial master of "let’s do it and let’s do it right". The result? Picture a celestial Marie Kondo tidying up your life, sparking joy and productivity everywhere! Now, Virgo presides over the 6th House of Health and Self-Improvement—so expect some sudden urges to dust off those old running shoes or finally sort out that monster of a diet plan that's been lurking under your bed. Mars in Virgo is like that friend who actually enjoys planning your road trip down to the last snack break. So, if you've been procrastinating on those New Year's resolutions, now's the time to get on it! However, every cosmic event comes with its own set of space hiccups. Mars in Virgo can make us a bit more critical, like that time you tried to build IKEA furniture and ended up throwing the manual across the room because the illustrations made no sense. Be patient, take a deep breath, and remember that Rome wasn't built in a day, and your flat-pack bookcase certainly won't be either. Instead of getting caught in a nit-picking spiral, use this time to focus on the finer details in life. Balancing your budget, planning for the future, or even learning how to knit that Doctor Who scarf you've always wanted. There's no better time for taking care of personal business or starting a nerdy project than when Mars is in Virgo. So, whether you're 355673833.111475348km away from Mars or just feeling its effects on your everyday life, remember that the universe is just trying to help you sort out your sock drawer of existence. It's a big cosmos out there, so make sure you find your place in it, and don't forget to bring snacks!

Jupiter In Taurus

Now, hold on to your space-cowboy hats, folks, because the biggest planet in our solar system club, Jupiter, has decided to take a vacation in the constellation Taurus. Now, what does this mean? Well, let's break it down in the nerdiest possible way.

Think of Jupiter as that wise old uncle who somehow always has an answer to your most puzzling questions. Yep, he's the Yoda of the planetary world, minus the green skin and pointy ears. And Taurus? Well, Taurus is like that stubborn old mule who prefers to sit silently in one corner, but when it moves, it moves with purpose and determination.

So, when these two get together, it's like the universe telling us to put on our thinking caps, dig deeper, and find those answers that have been playing hide-and-seek with us in the labyrinth of our minds. It's like finding the lost remote control under the couch, only the couch is your life, and the remote control is your inner wisdom. Yes, folks, it's always there, just covered with the fluff of everyday distractions.

Jupiter in Taurus is also like getting a cosmic power boost to chase after your dreams. Imagine you're in a video game, and you've just unlocked a special achievement that gives you extra energy and strategy. That's what this transit feels like. But remember, Taurus doesn't rush, it’s more of a ‘slow and steady wins the race’ kind of star sign. So, strap in for a long ride, and trust me, the destination will be worth it.

And let's not forget about the dollar signs. Jupiter is like a cosmic lottery ticket, and Taurus loves cash more than a banker at bonus time. So, this might be a good time to give that piggy bank a shake, see how it sounds. Might be a little heavier than you expected. But don’t go on a spending spree just yet. Remember, Taurus enjoys the finer things in life, and Jupiter tends to expand everything, including our desires. So, keep an check on those impulse buys during this transit. We don’t want to end up regretting that life-size replica of the Serenity ship, now do we?

So, tighten your seatbelts and prepare for this stellar journey where wisdom meets determination,

Saturn

Saturn Is In Pisces

Cosmic Shenanigan Alert: Saturn in Pisces

Alright stargazers, gather round! Our favorite taskmaster planet, Saturn, is currently canoodling with the dreamy sign of Pisces. Now, this is like merging a physics professor (Saturn) with a mystic poet (Pisces). Imagine Sheldon Cooper on a yoga retreat, reciting haikus in lotus position. That's the kind of energy we're dealing with here.

When Saturn waltzes into Pisces' nebulous realm, it's like the universe hands you a cosmic clipboard and a to-do list for your wildest dreams. Ever thought about writing a book or opening an Etsy store for your crochet Cthulhu dolls? Well, now's not the time to just dream it, but do it! Let Saturn's organizational prowess guide you - draft that business plan, budget like a boss, and maybe even Google 'how to apply for a loan without fainting.'

Oh, but don't think Saturn in Pisces is all rainbows and unicorns. Saturn is like your dad who insists on cleaning your room because he thinks you can't do it yourself. It can feel invasive, especially when Saturn starts poking around your deepest dreams. But remember, Saturn is like that annoying friend who gives you brutally honest advice - harsh, but usually right. So, let him in, listen to his wisdom, and resist the urge to put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your heart's door.

With all this Piscean energy bouncing around, you might find sleep elusive. I mean, who can rest when their mind is churning with dreams and existential dread, right? So, take this as a cosmic prescription for some R&R - meditate, wander aimlessly in nature, breathe deeply, nap (with a dream journal nearby!), and heck, why not hit the hay earlier? After all, even celestial bodies need their beauty sleep. Embrace this transit, friends. It's a wild ride, but remember, the cosmos doesn't make mistakes... except maybe Pluto. Sorry, Pluto!

Uranus

Uranus is in Taurus

Uranus Is In Taurus

Great Scott! Uranus is in Taurus? Now, this is as shocking as finding out your Mom had a crush on you back in high school. But don't go freaking out like Doc Brown when he first saw the DeLorean, let's break it down. Taurus, you're as steady and stable as my 1985 Toyota Hilux, preferring to stick to the status quo like it's your favorite Huey Lewis and the News song. But here's the deal: with Uranus in your sign, it's like Biff has got his hands on the sports almanac. Things are about to get real unpredictable, real fast. Uranus is all about big, sudden changes - it's like the flux capacitor of the zodiac. And even if you're as resistant to change as a DeLorean without plutonium, trust me when I say that there's no choice but to buckle up and ride this out. You might just find yourself in a much better place when the dust settles. Now, we know Taurus has a thing for money - you've got more money management skills than George McFly has sci-fi stories. But with Uranus doing its thing, we could see some serious Back to the Future Part II stuff happening. New forms of currency popping up, banks transforming faster than Marty's hand disappearing at the Enchantment Under The Sea dance, and the housing and stock markets shaking like the DeLorean on a rough time jump. On a personal level, Uranus in Taurus is like Doc's advice when I'm dealing with a Biff situation: "You've got to stand up to him!" Break free from the grips of money, don't let debt and taxes hover over you like a bully in a parking lot. If you're feeling trapped by your material possessions, remember the wise words of George McFly, "If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything." During this transit, be like me facing off against Mad Dog Tannen - ready and willing to change your relationship to money and materialism. Uranus is here to liberate us, and digging in your heels and resisting won’t make things any easier, and won’t stop these changes from happening. The changes we make during this period can actually help bring us to a point of greater stability, just like when I finally got back to my own timeline. So, in the wise words of Doc Brown, "Your future hasn't been written yet. No one's has. Your future

Neptune

Neptune is in Pisces

Neptune is retrograde at 27 Pis 25' 49", moving backwards at 0.02 degrees per day, and is 4372345383km away and approaching.

Neptune Is In Pisces

"Hark, star gazers! The mighty Neptune has hitched a ride on the Pisces express. Now, I know what you're thinking - 'Pisces? Isn't that those two fish going in circles?' Why, yes, your astute observation is correct. But this isn't about sushi or aquariums. No, dear friends, it's about something a bit deeper. Just how much deeper? Well, if we're being exact, Neptune is currently chilling at a cool 4,372,395,022.609543800km away. Yes, I counted the decimal places. And before you ask, yes, Neptune is indeed in retrograde, doing the cosmic moonwalk back through the stars. Neptune in Pisces is like seeing through Dumbledore's Pensieve, merging emotions and spirit, and voila! We see a clarity that rival's Harry's glasses. Suddenly, we realize that squabbling over whether Star Wars is better than Star Trek is as futile as a chocolate teapot...and trust me on that one, I've tried. In this light, unity is the real golden snitch. This celestial transit is like Professor McGonagall standing at the front of the class, asking us to consider what spell, potion, or magical creature we can contribute to our collective Hogwarts. We all have our own Patronus, our unique gifts and dreams, waiting to be conjured up. So, grab your wand (or lightsaber, I'm not picky), and consider embracing your inner spiritual Jedi or Hogwarts student. Construct an altar at home, connect with the Force or whatever feels sacred. The energy of Neptune in Pisces is your Yoda, nudging you to share these ideas with the world, and assuring you that the force will be with you, always. So, whether you're a Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or even a muggle, remember, it's not our abilities that show who we truly are, it's our choices. So choose wisely, and may the stars (and odds) be ever in your favor."

Pluto Is In Capricorn

Pluto's Retrograde Ruckus in Capricorn

Alright my celestial cybernauts, listen up. Our cosmic pal Pluto, who's still having a cosmic tantrum about being demoted from planet status (I mean, who wouldn't?), is currently doing the retrograde rumba in Capricorn. What's that mean for us mere earthlings? Well, buckle up your asteroid belts because things might get a little...interesting.

Ladies, gentlemen, and interstellar entities, Pluto and Capricorn are like that power couple you see walking into the room. You know, the ones with coordinated outfits and matching ambitions. But here's the kicker, their hunger for success is so voracious, they might just eat up your sympathy for others' perspectives. Remember, folks, not every alien species likes their coffee black. So, let's not become intolerant of other beings' ideas, eh?

Now, Pluto, despite his size, has a bit of a Hulk complex. He wants us to Hulk-smash our negative patterns. It's all about the cosmic clean-up, people! But remember, in this case, "Hulk smash" translates to "constructive destruction." Be mindful of what you're pulverizing as you make room for the new.

So, while Pluto continues his sulk in Capricorn, let's take this chance to do a bit of celestial spring cleaning, shall we? Just remember to be kind, open-minded and to always...always leave room for the possibility of extraterrestrial life...or at least extraterrestrial coffee preferences.

And remember folks, the cosmos doesn't play dice...unless it's for the last slice of pizza!

Mercury

Mercury

Mercury Opposite Saturn

Your thinking may be concentrated, obstructed, morose or limited today. Saturn has a way of throwing cold water and constraints on things. Depression is possible, but it will pass, so try to stay optimistic. There may be delays in mail or letters or phone calls. A negative mental outlook along with an unwillingness to accept the ideas of others is characteristic of this aspect. Don't be worried over a lack of inspiration. It won't last long. People will challenge your ideas.Saturn connected to a personal planet in hard aspect has a censoring effect on the planet involved. With Mercury in hard aspect to Saturn, whatever the person says and writes is self-censored to some degree. It’s hard for these people to pour out their emotions, no matter how emotional or needy they feel on the inside. This is because they are always aware of what others might think of them with what they say. They are not necessarily deliberate talkers or thinkers. In other words, they don’t always pick and choose their words carefully or speak slowly. However, they are careful with what they reveal to others. They make plenty of disclaimers, and often come across as negative or sarcastic without intending to. These are people who review conversations they’ve had with others, and who often kick themselves for saying something they didn’t intend to, or for not saying something witty. Saturn tends to have a hobbling effect, and when it’s attached to the planet of communication in hard aspect, there can be some feelings of insecurity about how we speak and communicate in general. These people tend to worry about what they’ve said and how they could have said it better. Some older astrology texts suggest that there can be learning disorders or “slowness” with this aspect, but this is rarely the case. In fact, many people with this aspect are very strong academically. The flow of their communication is blocked in some manner, however, and this is due to an automatic “self-censoring” tendency. Self-consciousness and hypersensitivity is experienced with regards to their intelligence and ability to get ideas across to others, especially in youth. These people need plenty of positive feedback from others in order to feel more confident and less “blocked”.If you have this aspect in your chart, recognize that you are most likely harder on yourself about how you communicate than others are. Ask people close to you for an objective point of view. Chances are, they find you to be astute, intelligent, and an effective speaker or writer. We often tell our kids “don’t worry about what others think”, but telling this to a person with a hard Saturn aspects is not enough, nor is it realistic. They will worry. Instead, I have found that the best way to handle difficult Saturn aspects is to get objective feedback from others! Mercury-Saturn people don’t accept compliments whole-heartedly, yet they crave them and need them. Others around them tend to stop complimenting them, feeling that they either don’t need compliments or don’t want to hear them. Nothing can be further than the truth!Mercury opposition Saturn Your intellectual capabilities are well developed, and you can accomplish anything that you set your mind to. You are likely to possess academic “smarts” and writing ability. In some ways you are a loner. This is likely because your greatest feelings of security arise from a job well done. Be sure to exercise caution in entering into contracts. Don’t overlook the important details that can boomerang against you later. It may be best to hire an attorney or other advisor to help you with these tasks. You might find that you are the victim of “red tape”, mix-ups, and communication problems more than most. You sometimes come across as more stern or harsh than you actually are! There is likely to be a negative or sarcastic style to your speech that you may not always be aware of, but that others pick up quickly. You will find that others often misunderstand your intentions rather easily, or that you misrepresent yourself unwittingly. You often kick yourself for saying (or, more often, not saying) something after a conversation is over. — Interpretation from our LoveStyles Report. Some Famous People with the Mercury in Hard Aspect to Saturn: Squares – Sheena Easton, Kevin Kline; Oppositions – Steven Seagal, Kurt Russell, Tiger Woods, Robert Redford, Patrick Duffy.

Notes about Transits

Mars is all about action, and where Mars is in our chart with transits is a place where we are prepared to stand our ground. Mars transits can be really productive, but they can also be angsty, aggressive, and sometimes come from a place of anger. It's important to pay attention to how you direct that energy. Mars transits can last for up to a couple weeks.
Jupiter transits enhance your life with optimism and forward-thinking, and lasting for about a month, give you plenty of time to take advantage. Bigger and better is Jupiter's way of thinking, and should be yours as well.
Saturn transits, on the other hand, are where we get a major reality check, and if we’re not ready for them, they can be pretty rotten. Of course, if we’re prepared and up to the task, Saturn transits can also bring very well-deserved rewards, too. Saturn transits last a bit longer than Jupiter transits—usually 2 months or so at a time, but with retrograde cycles, you could be looking at the same lessons three times over a 6 month period.
The outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto last for such a long time that they make long-lasting impacts on our lives. In fact, Neptune and Pluto can last for two to three years! Consider their effects, plan accordingly, and make them part of your life for the better.
