The Sun

Solar activity reached moderate levels due to low level M-class activity from Regions 3376 (N23W68, Dai/beta) and 3380 (S11E39, Cao/beta). Ten designated sunspot groups were present on the visible solar disk and background X-ray flux continued at C-class levels. Region 3376 underwent some growth and nearly developed a mixed polarity signature, but the region was too foreshortened for a better analysis. New NOAA/SWPC Region 3384 (S14E54, Bxo/beta) was assigned to a set of spots just southeast of Region 3380. All other spot groups were little changed or had no significant development. No new Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

The solar kp index is active, reinforcing retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.

Solar wind parameters were indicative of a slow regime until approximately 25/2155 UTC, when a shock was observed at L1. Total field was steady at 6 nT before increasing to a maximum of 15 nT. Total field was at benign levels before reaching a maximum southward deviation of -11 nT. Solar wind speed increased from ~380-550 km/s. Phi was predominantly negative.

There is a 35% chance of solar activity, with a 15% chance of a minor event, a 5% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Moon Is In Scorpio

Greetings, cosmic voyagers! Now, pay attention, because the Moon has slipped into Scorpio - yes, that's right, the sultry, secretive, and occasionally stinging sign of the zodiac. And just to clarify, the Moon is precisely 389,513.530048396km away, give or take a few millimeters... not that we're counting, or anything. Now, I know what you're thinking: "Oh, great, the Moon's in Scorpio. I can expect the emotional equivalent of a surprise game of dodgeball." Well, let me tell you, my stargazing friends, you're not entirely wrong. While the Moon is in Scorpio, emotions might get intense, like trying to solve a Rubik's cube in the dark. But fear not! This gives us a chance to delve deep into our emotional underworlds, akin to spelunking in the far reaches of our souls. Just remember to bring a flashlight... and perhaps a safety helmet. Being in the realm of Scorpio, the moon also encourages transformation. So, if you're currently a caterpillar of circumstance, prepare to emerge as a butterfly of boldness. Just remember, metamorphosis can be messy, so pack some napkins. And for all those who share their sun sign with Scorpio, you might feel like you've had one too many cups of cosmic coffee. Your intuition will be in overdrive - you'll be picking up vibes like a hippie at a Grateful Dead concert. Just remember to ground yourself, or you might end up floating off into the astral plane! So, buckle up, space cadets! The Moon in Scorpio is a journey, not for the faint-hearted but for the brave, the curious, and those willing to face the music... even if it's played on a theremin. Remember, we're all made of stardust, so it's about time we started acting like it! Until next time, keep looking up. The cosmos has a funny way of keeping us grounded.

Mercury Is In Leo

Alright, all you stargazers and cosmic voyagers, pay attention because the universe is mixing up a celestial cocktail that's going to have us all feeling as bold as a lion in a disco suit. Mercury, everyone's favorite fast-talking planet, has just parked its cosmic caboose in Leo. Now, I know what you're thinking, "But Chiana, what does that mean for me?" Well, my interstellar friend, let me break it down for you. Leo, the king of the astrological jungle, is all about direct communication. So, think of Mercury in Leo like having a bullhorn attached to your heart - whatever is simmering in there is going to come out, and boy, is it going to be loud! Just remember, Mercury doesn't just have a need for speed; it practically invented it! And coupled with Leo's flair for the dramatic, you might find words flying out of your mouth faster than a photon torpedo. So, hold on to your hats, folks, because when Mercury's in Leo, our tongues become verbal lightsabers, slicing through the silence with the precision of a Jedi knight. But it's not all about unleashing your inner chatterbox. Oh no, Mercury in Leo is also the perfect time to channel your inner stand-up comedian. Expect plenty of jokes, laughter and witty banter that would even make Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory crack a smile. Now, imagine a lion strutting its stuff, mane flowing in the cosmic wind, oozing confidence. That's us during this transit! It's time to seize your moment in the spotlight, to embrace your inner rockstar, and maybe even belt out a tune or two at karaoke night. And for those of you who've been neglecting your creative side, Mercury in Leo is the kick in the pants you need to get those artistic juices flowing. Whether you're painting your next masterpiece, composing an epic symphony, or taking selfies that would put any Instagram model to shame, now is the time to let your creativity run wild! So, in conclusion, my celestial comrades, Mercury in Leo is about speaking your truth, finding your funny, owning your awesomeness, and unleashing your creativity. So get out there and roar like the cosmic lion you are!

Pluto

Venus

Venus is in Leo

Venus Is In Leo

Oh, buckle your seatbelts, celestial voyagers, because Venus just checked into the heart of the lion. That's right, Venus is in Leo and it’s about to get as fiery as a supernova in a pepper sauce factory! Venus, the goddess of love doing the cha-cha in Leo, the king of the jungle, is like a cosmic game of truth or dare where everyone picks dare. Love becomes a grand spectacle, as grand as spotting a UFO while wearing 3D glasses. Expect love letters written in skywriting, marriage proposals via flash mobs, and yes, even a few dramatic solos of "My Heart Will Go On" at the local karaoke bar. When Venus is in Leo, we don't want to be just liked, we want to be adored! We want to be the object of a sonnet, the muse of a painting, the reason someone invents a new kind of cupcake. Playing it safe in love during this transit is like bringing a calculator to a poetry slam. Sure, Leo loves to play and enjoy life, but remember, Leo also has a flair for drama that would make a soap opera blush. If you're feeling neglected or underappreciated, you might be tempted to unleash your inner diva. But remember, love is a dance, not a solo performance. The more you hog the spotlight, the more likely you are to find yourself performing a one-person show. And let's talk about money, baby! When Venus is in Leo, money is just confetti to be thrown at the parade of life. Leo loves all the glitz and glam, so don't be surprised if you find yourself splurging on that $200 LED-lit, gold-plated, rhinestone-encrusted yoga mat. But remember, Leo's generosity is as big as its ego, and nothing brings more joy than showering others with over-the-top gifts. So, my star-studded friends, Venus in Leo is like a cosmic disco ball, spinning and sparkling, reminding us all that life should never be devoid of a little razzle-dazzle. So go ahead, put on your sequin jumpsuit, step into the spotlight, and let your love roar!

Mars

Mars is in Virgo

Mars is prograde at 09 Vir 40' 35", moving at 0.62 degrees per day, and is 351542826km away and receding.

Mars Is In Virgo

Alright my cosmic voyagers, brace yourselves because Mars, the good old 'get up and go' planet, is moonwalking its way through Virgo, the zodiac's Monica Geller. Now, if you're sitting there thinking, "What in the name of Carl Sagan's telescope does that mean?" don't worry, I've got you covered faster than you can say "quantum physics". When Mars, the celestial equivalent of a double espresso, meets Virgo, the universe's chief efficiency officer, it's like your life has suddenly been taken over by a supercomputer. You'll find yourself optimizing tasks with the precision of a Swiss watch. That pile of laundry you've been ignoring? Done. Those emails you've let pile up since the dawn of the internet era? Sorted. That salsa class you've been meaning to join? Cha-cha-cha! Now, Virgo also rules the 6th House of Health and Self-Improvement. So don't be surprised if you find yourself swapping your usual Netflix and chill routine for a hot date with a treadmill. But remember, folks, moderation is key. Don't go turning into a kale-smoothie drinking, gym-obsessed robot just yet. But here's the hitch in the giddy-up: this transit could turn us all into hypercritical, nitpicky buzzkills. It's like we're all channeling Simon Cowell, finding fault in everything and everyone. And guess what, it's not a great look. So, before you start criticizing your barista for not making your latte 'efficiently', take a deep breath, count to ten, and remember that nobody's perfect. So, in a nutshell, Mars in Virgo is the universe's way of saying, "Get your act together, but don't be a jerk about it." Whether you're balancing your budget, planning for retirement, or starting a new hobby, now's the time to get it done. But remember, folks, it's okay to color outside the lines sometimes. After all, as they say in the infinite realms of outer space, "Perfection is so...universe 1.0!"

Jupiter Is In Taurus

Jupiter In Taurus

So, Jupiter, the big man on campus, is now hanging out in Taurus. Picture it like this: Jupiter is that laid-back philosophy professor who always has a twinkle in his eye and an interesting anecdote from his travels to share. Taurus, on the other hand, is that buddy of yours who absolutely loves a good feast and insists on counting pennies to ensure they're not getting short-changed.

When Jupiter's wisdom and wanderlust collide with Taurus' love of comfort and careful planning, you can expect some interesting developments. It's like having Yoda and Scrooge McDuck in your corner. You're going to find yourself thinking deep thoughts while also preparing a meticulously detailed budget for your next gourmet dinner party.

Jupiter in Taurus is like having a life coach who encourages you to reach for the stars, but also reminds you to stop and smell the roses (and maybe invest in a rose garden while you're at it). It's about growth, prosperity, and enjoying life's pleasures—but in a practical, well-planned way.

Sure, life can be pretty sweet when Jupiter is in Taurus. Think of it as a cosmic jackpot—Jupiter brings the luck, and Taurus knows how to manage the winnings. But remember folks, while Taurus might be tempted to blow it all on a gold-plated hot tub, Jupiter would suggest a spa day and investing the rest. Balance, my friends.

So, keep in mind, during this transit, that just because you suddenly want to buy a yacht doesn't mean you should. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. Or in this case, ends up with a solid savings account and a really comfortable couch.

And hey, if you do decide to splurge a little, just make sure you're doing it for the right reasons. Because let's face it - no amount of luxury can compare to the wisdom of understanding the universe... or at least trying to understand why we find cat videos so darn entertaining. Cheers!

Geeky Galactic Guidance: Saturn in Pisces

Alright, stargazers, grab your spacesuits and moon boots because with Saturn in Pisces, we're taking a deep dive into the cosmic waters of our dreams. Yup, our ringed taskmaster is vacationing in the zodiac's dreamland, and it's like pairing Spock with the Yellow Submarine. Expect some wild dreamscapes, folks!

With a whopping 1333653969.289704323km separating us, you might think old Saturn's not paying much attention. Think again! Just because he's off playing Neptune doesn't mean he won't be asking tough questions about your daydreams. It's like having a physics professor crash your D&D game - awkward, but probably useful.

Sure, Saturn in Pisces can be challenging, like trying to explain quantum mechanics to a goldfish. But trust me, this is the perfect time to gather all those unicorns and rainbows from your daydreams and draft them into a solid plan. Write that business plan, budget like a pro, investigate loan options. Put on your science goggles and dissect those dreams!

Now, I'm not saying it's all sunshine and space kittens, folks. With Pisces ruling sleep and dreams, you might find yourself tossing and turning like a satellite in unstable orbit. Don't panic! This is the perfect opportunity to practice your Jedi mind control. Meditate, take a long walk on the beach (or pretend you're on an alien planet), deep breathe like Darth Vader, and don't forget to keep a dream journal handy. Who knows, you might dream up the next big sci-fi blockbuster!

So, buckle up, space cadets, because Saturn in Pisces is here to coach us towards our biggest dreams. And remember, just like the Alien from Alien, it might seem scary at first, but if we face it with courage (and maybe a flame thrower), we can conquer anything!

Uranus In Taurus: The Cosmic Bull in the Universal China Shop

Well, folks, hitch up your trousers and tighten your suspenders, because Uranus is roaming around in Taurus, and it's about as subtle as a bull in a china shop. Only this isn't just any china shop; it's the cosmic china shop of life, and Taurus -- who really appreciates a good cuppa without any cracks -- is not here for it.

Now, Taurus is usually the kind of sign that likes to kick back, munch on some celestial grass and enjoy the stellar view. But Uranus? Uranus is that eccentric cousin who shows up unannounced, rearranges your furniture, then leaves you to deal with the new feng shui. So, you can imagine the level of cosmic awkwardness happening right now.

And let's talk about moolah, baby. Taurus loves it, knows how to make it, and certainly knows how to spend it. But Uranus being in town is like inviting a rogue day trader to take over Wall Street. It's a wild ride, folks, so buckle up. We're talking revolutionary shifts in handling money, from the way we perceive currency to potentially shaking up banks and stock markets. It's like bringing a science experiment to an economy class.

On the home front, Uranus in Taurus is giving us a cosmic nudge (or shove) to reevaluate our relationship with money and material possessions. Do we really need that 5th pair of shoes or another gizmo gathering dust? Uranus is here to break those golden shackles of consumerism, freeing us from debts and the endless cycle of buy now, pay...whenever.

Resisting these changes is like trying to stop a supernova with a water pistol. Spoiler: It's not going to work. Instead, let's embrace the cosmic shake-up. After all, who knows? We might end up finding a much better place in our universal journey, and these changes could stick around longer than Pluto's demotion to a dwarf planet. Remember, folks, change is the only constant, even in the cosmos!

Neptune

Neptune is in Pisces

Neptune Is In Pisces

Great Scott! Neptune is in Pisces, my friends, and let me tell you, it's not just back to the future—it's retrograde! Now, I know what you're thinking: "But Doc, Neptune is a whopping 4,384,178,285.436039925 kilometers away!" I hear ya, but bear with me. You see, Neptune, our dear distant cosmic neighbor, is like that eccentric uncle who only shows up at family reunions to stir things up a bit. But when he's in Pisces—oh boy, that's when the real magic happens! Just imagine, Neptune's mysterious energy merging with Pisces' emotional and spiritual focus—it's like a cosmic fog machine creating a psychedelic light show that would put any Woodstock performance to shame. And what does this all mean? Well, in simple terms: petty differences? Pfft, who needs 'em! We start seeing the world in high-definition 3D, where unity and wholeness are the new black. This galactic transit is like a cosmic call-to-arms, asking us to look within ourselves and figure out what unique goodies we can bring to the universal potluck of progress. You have a killer banana bread recipe? Great! You've got an idea for a solar-powered toaster? Even better! Now's the perfect time to explore that spiritual path you've been contemplating or to set up that home altar you've been meaning to. Connect with the sacred, the divine, the absolutely out-of-this-world! Because Neptune in Pisces isn't just an astrological event, it's a celestial invitation to explore, connect, and share your unique offerings with the world. It's like the universe is saying, "Hey, let your freak flag fly—we've got your back!" So remember folks, even though Neptune is billions of kilometers away, its influence is as close as your own heartbeat. And remember, the future isn't written—your destiny is whatever you make it, so make it a good one!

Pluto

Pluto

Pluto is in Capricorn

Pluto is retrograde at 29 Cap 01' 42", moving backwards at 0.02 degrees per day, and is 5056945201km away and receding.

Pluto Is In Capricorn

Greetings, cosmic wanderers! Gather around the galactic campfire for a moment, would ya? It's time to talk about our dear little friend, Pluto. Yes, that Pluto, the one we're all still mad at Neil deGrasse Tyson for demoting from planet status. Now, imagine Pluto, 5056938703.005182266km away (give or take a few kilometers). It's chilling in Capricorn, wearing its retrograde shades and sipping on a cosmic cocktail. Now, Pluto and Capricorn are a bit like that super ambitious couple you know who always seem to be training for a marathon or launching a new business. They're all about success and power - they've got their eyes on the prize and they’re not here to mess around. But, here's the rub, star gazers: with all that focus on getting things done, there's a risk of our empathy for other people's perspectives getting lost in the shuffle. It's easy to become all work and no play when these two team up. So, be careful not to start seeing other people's ideas as extraterrestrial invaders trying to sabotage your carefully planned mission. Pluto, being the cosmic equivalent of a life coach with a dark sense of humor, is all about helping us ditch the stuff that's not working for us. But this does involve a bit of what I like to call 'constructive destruction'. Kind of like that time you tried to build an IKEA bookshelf and ended up with a modern art sculpture instead. It’s about tearing down to make way for the new. So, friends, as we navigate this Pluto in Capricorn transit, remember: Be deliberate in what you destroy as you create. And hey, if all else fails, just blame it on the alignment of the stars. They won't mind. Until next time, keep your telescopes clean and your minds open. Space out!

The Sun

The Sun

Sun Opposite Pluto

Power struggles may be likely today. You may encounter others who try to force their will on you or others who resent feeling as if you are forcing your ego on them. Try to compromise and find a balance. Transformation can come about if you are open to change and if you can keep your ego from becoming all-encompassing. Today may be an intense day. Control your arrogance and your domineering attitudes. Be reasonable.People born under a challenging aspect between the Sun and Pluto are prone to inner tension and negative, self-destructive behavior. When things are going well, they suffer from fears that something will come along to change that. Their thought patterns can be negative, and if not kept in check, they can seriously undermine their happiness. Constantly worrying that the rug will be pulled from under their feet can easily become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Sun-Pluto have tremendous power and strength–when they learn to accept and use that strength, instead of fear it, they are some of the most effective, insightful, helpful, and healing people around! One of the most prominent characteristics of these aspects is the tendency to be intensely dissatisfied with their personal accomplishments and expressions of self. These people put a lot of pressure on themselves regarding their own endeavors. A child, for example, with a challenging Sun-Pluto aspect may work hard at a piece of artwork, decide it’s not right, destroy it, and start all over again. This same child will be especially disturbed if they feel people are watching as they create their artwork. This is a simple example, but it’s quite descriptive of the tendency for these people to be dissatisfied with their creative self-expressions, and to want to hide their expressions from others until they feel the output is “right”. This is largely due to a perceived inability to express or reveal their true personalities to others. They experience a simultaneous urge to express themselves and to hide themselves. They struggle with a deep need to control themselves and life itself. Rarely are Sun-Pluto people completely satisfied with themselves. They are especially sensitive to criticism, and feel the need to “redo” themselves often. There is a marked fear of losing control, and this might stem from some traumatic event in childhood, or the childhood might have been crisis-ridden or emotionally-charged in general. As such, these people are often intensely fearful of, or threatened by, change. This can express itself through attempts to control their lives such that they can manage their fears of being taken off guard. Of course, this generally backfires!Another characteristic of these aspects is an intense need for privacy. They fear being exposed or invaded. Again, this is an expression of their dissatisfaction with the self they are projecting, and they are generally uncomfortable with their evolving ego. They seem to undergo many identity crises, and they feel the need to control what others know about them and think about them. Their fear of exposing themselves might cause them problems with others, who may begin to mistrust them, presuming that if they are so protective of their privacy, they must have something sinister to hide. The truth is, they struggle with a dissatisfaction with themselves and their fear of being exposed is really about a fear of being vulnerable, as well as a manifestation of their own identity crisis. These people are quick to read between the lines. They need to be careful, however, to avoid reading negative or dark things into situations or people. They need to know that if their tendency is to hunt for dark “truths” rather than unbiased truths, this is a self-destructive behavior that stems from fear. Many people with these aspects are overly attached to things, habits, people, and their past. At the root of this is an intense fear of change that would threaten to make them vulnerable. Still, Pluto’s goal is to transform through change. Inevitably, Sun-Pluto people will have to face their fear of change and accept that they need change in order to grow.We all have a dark, irrational side, but people with Sun-Pluto in hard aspect are forced to confront it and integrate it into their personalities. It can be a challenging process, especially because the Sun rules all that is “light” – the rational, conscious mind. The Sun is noble and righteous by nature. Aligned with Pluto, it can have a hard time accepting the darker, intense, and often irrational Pluto energies into one cohesive whole. This is the challenge that Sun-Pluto face. If these people find themselves using manipulative tactics to get their way, or attempting to control others through subversive tactics, it is a clear cue that they are mishandling Pluto energies. It is a powerful indication that their self-image is low. There is little satisfaction derived from getting our way through manipulation. It only serves to make us feel less effective in the long run and on a personal level. If I were to win a favor by using subversive tactics, what will it prove to me? It will reinforce my feeling that I am not effective just by being myself. And, effectiveness is something Sun-Pluto craves.Especially with the opposition, these people might attract manipulative, possessive, or jealous people into their lives. With the square, there is more of a tendency to attract dangerous or upsetting situations in the life. Either way, these people need to get in touch with the reason why they are attracting these people and situations. In all likelihood, they are not handling their own fears effectively, and they feel they are not in control of their lives, and a looping pattern is thereby created. They eventually come to realize that they are very strong people with enormous resilience. They need to identify with, face, and accept their “dark” side. Self-acceptance is the key to handling this aspect. Channeling Pluto energy into constructive channels is also important.Famous people with Sun in hard aspect to Pluto: Squares – Wynonna Judd (Sun square Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto), Jamie Lee Curtis, Sally Field; Oppositions – Muhammad Ali, Robert Duvall, John Travolta, Elvis Presley, Steve Allen, John Hurt, James Earl Jones; Oppositions – Nicole Brown Simpson, R.D. You have a strong sense of fairness. You are very agreeable and enjoy socializing. Some with this aspect are a little on the lazy side, preferring to socialize than work. You might intellectualize or rationalize your feelings, perhaps thinking a little too much about love and relationship to the point that you lose touch with how you truly feel. You might be attracted to, or attract, intellectual sorts as partners. If this conjunction is challenged, you might frequently attract partners who are tricky or conniving. Many of you are talented at writing and/or speaking. You thoroughly enjoy the written and spoken word, literature, wordplay, puns, and enlightening conversations. Many with Mercury conjunct Venus in their charts are downright eloquent. While most people like you, your ability to tune in to the person with whom you are currently speaking to is so strong that you might be accused of being two-faced or superficial. Mars

Mars

Mars Opposite Saturn

You may feel rather restrained and too disciplined by others at this time. You may feel purposely held back from doing the things you want to do. This can cause great frustration and great annoyance. Please try to make the best of it and do not try to get even with them or try to get back at them. The repercussions will only boomerang back to you. If others do not appreciate you at this time, just realize that it is best if you continue working hard, doing the best you can until this combination of energies passes. This can be a stressful aspect but do not fret and let it get to you and upset your health. Guard against falls, bumps and bruises. Wait this aspect out and your energies and freedom to do the things you desire will return. In the meantime, work hard and stay optimistic. Express your frustrations in a cool, calm manner. Don't keep everything inside. You are a perfectionist. You can pick at yourself and others unmercifully, trying to get circumstances in your life to match some unspecified standard. Your energy becomes freer to work in an unencumbered way when you recognize that you aren’t really looking to match an objective standard at all. What you want is to find some emotionally and psychologically defendable ground to stand on. The real trick in life for you is to keep moving. This is not easy since you should really only move ahead on a project after forethought or planning; your judgments tend to be colored by your fears or your momentary desires. You work very hard for what comes to you. This is unavoidable. But, you could end up working very hard for no gain. This is avoidable through balancing your drives with your responsibilities. You find that you have better health and much freer energy if you get vigorous physical exercise at least three times a week. — Interpretation sample from the In Depth report.Mars square Saturn or Mars opposition Saturn: *You work hard and patiently to achieve your objectives, persevering and continuing on in spite of difficulties and discouragement. Notes about Transits

Mars is all about action, and where Mars is in our chart with transits is a place where we are prepared to stand our ground. Mars transits can be really productive, but they can also be angsty, aggressive, and sometimes come from a place of anger. It's important to pay attention to how you direct that energy. Mars transits can last for up to a couple weeks.
Jupiter transits enhance your life with optimism and forward-thinking, and lasting for about a month, give you plenty of time to take advantage. Bigger and better is Jupiter's way of thinking, and should be yours as well.
Saturn transits, on the other hand, are where we get a major reality check, and if we’re not ready for them, they can be pretty rotten. Of course, if we’re prepared and up to the task, Saturn transits can also bring very well-deserved rewards, too. Saturn transits last a bit longer than Jupiter transits—usually 2 months or so at a time, but with retrograde cycles, you could be looking at the same lessons three times over a 6 month period.
The outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto last for such a long time that they make long-lasting impacts on our lives. In fact, Neptune and Pluto can last for two to three years! Consider their effects, plan accordingly, and make them part of your life for the better.
