Region 3272 began to show signs of consolidation and decay this period. Regions 3280, 3281, and 3282 showed slight growth. The remaining sunspot regions were mostly stable. New Region 3282 rotated into view and was numbered this period. No Earth-directed CMEs were detected.
The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.
