This region was also responsible for a C5.9/1B flare at 11/2242 UTC. Region 3273 (N09W01, Dai/beta) saw growth during the period, and contributed a few low-level C-class flares as well. Region 3276 (S20E63, Dao/beta) revealed a couple of additional spots as it rotated more into view on the SE limb, and contributed a few C-class flares as well. Region 3277 ((N10E20, Cro/beta) was numbered during the period, but remained mostly quiet and stable.
The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.
